Very nice breakfast, with Vegan and Gluten Free options. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was very clean. It was quiet at night, and there was a lovely garden to sit out in and catch some sun. Within walking distance of center of town, and local pubs.

Included breakfast was amazing. Staff were super helpful. Let us drop our bags early instead of carrying them all over town. Laundry service quick and efficient. Room was large and overlooked a garden. It's on a nice quiet road a little bit out from the town centre, but still walking distance. What didn't we like? Nothing! Loved it all. If you have mobility challenges you might find the walk challenging - it's on a decent hill.

Casual and comfortable

comfortable room excellent breakfast friendly staff price - it is to expensive location uphill

We stayed four nights at the Marton Guest House, We had asked for a room on an upper floor and received one on the top floor. We bumped our heads alot on the ceiling's slopes. But this room was full of light and air, and we had a great view over St. Peter Port. The staff were all courteous and efficient. One could have whatever one wanted for breakfast, hot or cold. It is a long slog uphill to reach Marton Guest House from St. Peter Port's center. It is a good fitness walk! The first day and evening, we had no hot water in our room. Fortunately, that was fixed by the time we returned to Marton Guest House the next day,

breakfast, room, it was clean, everything was there. Amenities were good. A parking space, although getting to there is not easy if you are coming for the first time in the dark... the streets are NARROW!!! the bed wasn't very comfortable, way too soft and rocky. the pillows way too soft, collapsing on each other.

It was very clean. We loved the large window that could be opened with a feeling of privacy due to the garden below. The included breakfast was lovely and the staff was very helpful. We liked it very much. Due to the uphill location, it was a bit of a hike.

Great selection at the buffet, and the cooked options were made to order. All was fabulous. Nothing

The guest house team were friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Pre arrival communication was excellent. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast choice and service was very good. Overall, we were very happy to stay at the Marton, and would happily do so again. Nothing, it was great.

Amazing room, spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Top tier service, prepared packed breakfast when I couldn’t make it due to an early departure. Very friendly staff Location is a bit tricky especially with heavy luggage, but you are warned about it before arrival. I was travelling light anyway so this was not a problem.

The room was very quiet and a good size as was the en suite bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful. The view from the bedroom was of the garden which was very nice. The bed was very small and consequently also uncomfortable, neither my husband nor I are big people but we found the bed too small even for us.
