Everything was perfect, room was clean, bed was comfortable, Restaurant Bar was convinient, though you can always find local cafe around near by. The room had large window which looks over the main road. Metro was opposite the hotel, good location. Will return. Thanks to Reception made our welcome stay comfortable. All good....Not for Mobility issues. Fine for us. If you don't mind too many stairs.

No air condition, you can’t staying at summer time.

a last minute booking after realising we had one night less accommodation than needed during our paris trip. cheap enough and well connected, just a few minutes walk from the metro. the owner didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate well enough. the room was tiny. the bathroom was even tinier. getting into the shower while keeping the door closed was a genuine spatial puzzle that i am not sure i fully solved. fine for a single night though, does exactly what it needs to do and nothing more. the owner offered to let us leave our backpacks at reception the following day, which was a kind gesture, but with them sitting out in the open we decided to just carry them around paris for the day instead. character building.

Petite chambre cozy à la déco moderne, propre, check-in très simple, face au métro. Rue passante mais on entend rien. Globalement calme. Il y a un bruit épouvantable au déclenchement de la chasse d'eau, une sorte d'évacuation mécanisée bruyante. Il y a juste ce point probablement propre à la chambre (8).

Right outside the metro with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Obviously not in a touristy part but it is very easy to reach. Bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Easy check-in process. Good value for the price. The smell in the bathroom was unbearable. Every single time I went in I had to hold my breath to not gag from the smell of sewage. It was truly atrocious. Also got very warm in the room although this was during a very intense heatwave. There is a small table fan but it really isn't doing much. There is also no latch to lock the door from the inside which felt a bit unsafe.

The location was great for metro and food The door code provided was wrong, they didn't confirm my check in time until I was already on the way and they have not responded to a lost property request directly and via booking.com customer service. The bathroom smelt disgusting and the shower door opened into the sink so you had to be very slim to fit through the gap . If you wanted the window open, the curtains had to be wide open otherwise the track would fall off the wall
