Very clean, modern furniture. The place around the sink is very small and.someone can very easy touch the glass.of the walkin shower.

En la noche sentía la zona un poco insegura, pero no es culpa del hotel

Decent location Older man at breakfast a hard worker than anyone else we saw Female desk attendants useless. Would do the bare minimum and not be helpful at all Or with questions about the area You could just stand there and they would help non Americans and just ignore you because you didn’t speak French Can’t get ice despite the fact they had it at the bar No facecloths no lotion Bare minimum services Stay elsewhere I use Ivis but this one below par

Decent location fairly new hotel Too small. We could not leave open even 1 suitcase Fought to get ice from from desk Some desk agents would get us some, others would not even try saying no ice available, despite getting ice the day before Staff not friendly or would not try to be helpful. Very dismissive We stayed 7 days . We had 4 rooms in our group. If I could have cancelled and moved I would have. I have stayed at Ibis before, most likely my last time. Paper cups not changed or replaced in 5 days in 1 of our 4 rooms Getting a full set of towels was nearly impossible , always short 1 One small garbage can in the bathroom , none in the room. I don’t know if they own a vacuum. My floor always had stuff on it If you went to the front desk and some of the girls were working, they would talk to their associates and just ignore you. Acting like you were not even there. If they had name badges I would identify them for you I would find a hotel that wanted you there. This is not it

Good Good

No shower curtain, water all over bathroom floor. Air conditioner doesn't do anything. If you taxi to or from downtown Paris it's expensive. Not the hotels fault just expect that. No ice machines (standard in America) asked for ice they gave me a tiny cup.
-
A bit far away from everything if you want to get out for a walk

A special thank you to Steve at the reception – he was incredibly kind and professional. He welcomed us earlier than the official check-in time and made sure we received a very nice room perfect for a couple. His helpful attitude and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Highly recommended for both cleanliness and outstanding customer service!

Nice newly renovated rooms. Quiet in the night. Location is ok, with a 10min walk to the metro. The day we stayed the key card system wasn't working so we weren't given any key to our rooms. Each time a member of reception staff had to accompany us to the room to open it. This was a very poor experience, especially since no compensation was given for this inconvenience. In the room the bathroom was quite cramped due to the door placement. The TV in the room had no access to smart features like YouTube only French language cable TV.

Close to metrô

The pillows were too large for our liking but the bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean. It was an easy 5-7min walk from the metro. I am happy that we booked here even though it was a bit out of the way from Paris, we got much better value for our money. Pillows too big.

ac didn’t work and when I asked about it and whether it can be fixed the worker in the lobby laughed at me that I want ac during october… ended up sleeping with the window open and mosquitoes flow inside the room

The room certainly could have and should have been cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty and the shower should have been cleaner. While moderately convenient, the hotel was a bit far from the nearest metro line.
