The best stay ever! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. This location had the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered, particularly Evonne Wilcox. She is welcoming and engaged with a genuine desire to help you have the best stay possible. This was our first visit to St. Simon's Island and she made great suggestions about attractions, restaurants and things to do on the Island. Every suggestion was spot on. If I ran things at Corporate, I would elevate her to a senior customer service administrator for training. She is a very valuable asset for the Hilton Team.

Ms. Donita and the general manager should receive standard of excellence accommodations for their excellent customer service.

Located next to a private airport, however it was not noisy. Desk clerk was nice and informative. Room was clean and breakfast good. A/C was out in the halls during our stay. Traffic stayed pretty busy however, would stay again if in the area.

Maintained. Small hotel so easy access to all amenities.

Location was very close to the beach. Our room was half cleaned. There was hair on the towel in the bathroom. Hair in the tub. Old food from previous guest was left in the refrigerator.

Great value for the price. Pool is a little on the smaller side, however the breakfast was pretty good. Two queen room was perfect for a family of five.

There was a brown/reddish stain on the mattress cover, fitted sheet, and top sheet. The front desk did give us new bedding. However, bedding should never be stained and should be discarded if so. Poor housekeeping and poor quality assurance is what I experienced. Disappointed to say the least.

Everything was great! A/C in the hallway was broke but other than that. Great place to stay

We got a room with airport view, fun to watch planes and nice that we couldn't hear them. Pool is small. Lots of families so you hear them. Staff was very nice. 2 miles to Neptune Park. Dulce Dough is about .5 mile away. Great location.

The Breakfast options were great and the room was very spacious.

The breakfast was so good. The place could use a little work The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaked so loud it could wake the dead. The airport is right behind the hotel but its not noisy at all. Overall it was a nice place.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. kitchen was clean and food was good.

We have stayed many times and it is always a great stay.
