Amazing Nothing

The property is beautiful. From the moment we stepped in, the customer service was exquisite and everyone was very attentive. The room was relatively spacious for St Tropez standards. The shuttle to town was also very convenient and breakfast was very good. The biggest issue, by far, was the smell the eminated from the toilet during our stay. Unfortunately, we did not realize it until after we unpacked our luggage late in our first day there so we did not ask to get our room moved. I beleive that the issue was with the hotels plumbing. This really left a negative mark our stay since the room would smell like a sewer every time we came we came back to the room if we did not close the door to the toilet room. The toilet room always smelled bad, which is unacceptable for a 5 star resort. We mentioned something to the hotel staff about this, but nothing was done to compensate us for this issue.

no elevator !!! Very poor experience. The room was bad, overpriced, and the front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Not recommended.

Felt like a gorgeous country retreat but it is in a great location close to Saint Tropez town. We loved it. Staff were exceptional. The bathrooms really let the rooms down, they are in need of a major upgrade.

Breakfast good staff lovely very helpful shuttle service excellent pool excellent. However our room was very very poor bathroom sink cracked no proper shower so dated !!!!! The bedroom was very poor and bathroom and tolillet so out dated . Really needs to be refinished we stayed in room 19
