Everything was excellent, there’s nothing I’d change.

The hotel looked recently renovated, very nice pool area, looked quite chic. Very nice staff and great location walking distance from main town (Des Lices). Philippe was great with check in and overall attention.

Magnificent! We had the family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. The service and team at The Lou are absolutely top notch!! The food was great, pool was great and location for St Tropez is perfect. We would stay again in the future!

Comfortable room and good location a bit outside the busy centre of St Tropez (still walking distance). Good breakfast and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only very minor suggestion: the room did not have anything that allows for hanging of clothes (no hooks, hangers etc). This was a bit inconvenient for longer clothes or clothes that we did not want to fold.

The room we booked was non existent.

Amazing staff, amazing breakfast, facilities in great condition almost new, walkable to the city center, port and beaches. Highly recommend if you want to stay close to the downtown but still in a calm, quiet area. We would advise making the lights automatically turn off when there's no one in the room, since most guests forget to turn all lights off before leaving. It would be a sustainable , eco-friendly implementation.

15-minute easy walk to the centre along one straight road. I recommend staying in the double room on the first floor as it’s quiet and insect-free. Good service but just one main receptionist.. Antonio was very helpful and housekeeping was good too. The price is much better than most hotels in St. Tropez. There’s no kettle in the room, but they do provide hot water on request. Also there were some wasps and insects outside since there’s quite a bit of greenery around

Their professionalism combined with their warmth made me feel at home right away. It’s rare to find such a combination of charm and efficiency, and I truly appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Tropez and will definitely be returning. N/A

A very nice and pleasant little hotel. Breakfast was lovely, served in the hotel’s beautiful garden. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking available. The location is excellent.

Silence 40 euro parking a day , rooms are very tiny.

Location is perfect, close walk to center (8-10 mins), hotel room was beautifully designed (cute boho) and spacious. Close enough for convenience but far enough to have absolute peace at the pool and evening. Absolutely loved the room and the rooftop terrace we got in the Family Suite. Beds super comfy and rooms modern and very clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and parking on site :) perfect, will be top pick for future

Location to town is walkable Way overcharged for breakfast and bees swarming in food we are about to eat.
