The staff and food was amazing! The biggest disappointment of our stay was the bathroom design. It felt impractical and poorly thought out. The glass door offered no privacy at all, and the oversized outdoor shower took up a lot of space without adding any real value. Even worse, the tub-and-shower setup in our room was so poorly designed that every use left one to two inches of standing water covering the entire bathroom floor. I had to use all the towels just to keep the water from coming into the rest of the room.

The overall atmosphere, the unwelcoming and at times dismissive attitude of the staff, the poor communication, the two-hour delay waiting for the shuttle, and the disappointing condition of some of the facilities – including the jacuzzi – were all far below the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. Sadly, this greatly affected what was supposed to be a special and relaxing vacation
