Walking distance to Shinkansen station and many restaurants, shops. None
-
There is no chair.

The location was only a short walk from the station, the bed was extremely comfortable, although the staff did not have a lot of english they were obliging and provided an extra pillow on request. The breakfast had a good selection. Bathroom does have a step up

I've stayed here before. The location is convenient and the price is very reasonable (especially for business trips). Though the lobby and exterior is a bit older, you can tell that the rooms/interior have been renovated semi-recently. The staff is kind and professional. Everything was fine! There's a convenience store nearby, and though the immediate surrounding area seems dark/quiet/empty at night, it's bright and cheery in the morning with a pre-school directly across the street and a bunch of laughing smiling children who wave to you from their playground as you enter/exit the hotel in the morning.

Basic accomodations. Clean.

The Superior Twin Room isn't a very good option because the two beds pretty much takes 80% of the room size and there's barely any room to organize your luggage. Should just reduce the bed to a single queen so guests can have more room to move around.

I like the location, which is about 5-minute walk to the station. There is a supermarket and some shops, as well as Family Mart along the way to the Inn from the station. The hotel is a simple, no-frills accommodation but is well-kept and the rooms are very clean, despite the old-fashioned entry by a key. The non-smoking room is really non-smoking without traces of cigarette smell, which I experienced in some more popular hotels that also offer smoking rooms. The bath and toilet is relatively modern and new. The bed is big for one person my size and was comfortable. I slept well. The Wifi is reliable and free. Despite the room size, there is a small refrigerator and an electric heater, which is standard. I like the kind staff that patiently answered my inquiries. I was encouraged by positive reviews on booking.com to book this inn and I was not disappointed at all. I will book this inn again for my future business trip. The room is quite small, compared to previous hotels I stayed at, but it doesn't matter much when you only stay for sleeping at night. Because of the room size, and the big bed, the single room I stayed at does not have a chair, but this was stated on the website. There is no free bottle of water, like in other hotels. The price on booking.com is higher for this inn.

The room is terribly cramped. The bed occupies 90% of the room area. For that price, it would be possible to provide a bigger room.
-
The bathroom is a bit cramped, I do not recommend it to people taller than 6 feet.
-
Great location, clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Proximity to Station Friendly staff Too hot in room in evening, with no temperature control. Both evenings, we propped open our door for hours to release heat. Small room. Very.limited English, some staff.

Based on the Google Reviews, I was expecting an old dusty room with yellowing walls -- but everything was new! The lobby still has a 1970s vibe, but the rooms and hallways have all been recently renovated! What a nice surprise! I was so surprised by how nice and new everything was that I have no complaints at all. I've lived in Japan for 15 years, so for the price and location, this hotel is great! I didn't realize there was breakfast; I would've liked to know that.
