Location, larger than average hotel room size in Japan and very modern. No onsen.

The breakfast satisfied my expectations. They also offered scrambled eggs and bacon which I highly valued. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was high quality.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. The room was very clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the massage chair and the great view. The bathroom was spacious and also very clean. The Wi-Fi was was incredibly high-speed which was great as my husband had a Zoom meeting during our stay. Checking in and out were both very easy. Would have liked a couple more pillows so I could choose a softer one. We had to collect coffee and some toiletries at checkin in the lobby, but I suppose this lets guests choose exactly what they want, so it may reduce waste which is obviously a good thing.

Guests access the 14th floor via escalator or elevator, with elevator access available for those with disabilities. There you will find the front desk. Loved the pajama. The breakfast buffet provides a delightful ambiance and is highly recommended; the cost is ¥1900 if not included in the room rate. The lack of information letting me know the many ways to use my room key is my only complaint but other than unsolving the mystery maze we were very comfortable.

The Japanese-style bath room was very good. Bath, basin and toilet place was spacious and convenient. Nothing special.

Met my expectations and was a great hotel to stay at, and also convenient and had even a view of Mount Fuji. The reception was located on the 14th floor which was abit confusing to begin with.

Good room size for the price, short walk to Omiya station, friendly staff. No trouble leaving luggage during the day after checkout (there is an automated self-service locked luggage storage - never seen anything like it before; very convenient and safe).
