The air conditioning takes a long time to get to your desired temperature.

Excellent service. Pillow was very uncomfortable.(too hard) Must be very old facility. Room entrance very narrow.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable but I wish there were more than one pillow per bed. The bathtub was nice and deep and overall the bathroom was fine but I feel more comfortable in a room that doesn’t remind me of being inside a trailer house.

Clean, walking distance to Omiya Station and airport shuttle bus, and staff were friendly and accommodating. There was nothing negative about this property.

Breakfast was fantastic with many options and it was very reasonably priced. The location was excellent with Omiya station within minutes and tons of restaurants, convenience stores, department stores, shops, etc. I really liked that there weren't hardly any foreigners like there are in many parts of Tokyo. Everything was fantastic!

Great location and professional staff Curtains and carpet in our room were old and dingy and smelled of stale cigarettes. Need to be replaced

Room was clean, close to Omiya Station (5 min. walk) and airport bus shuttle, had a great breakfast buffet, and the staff was helpful and courteous. Wish there were more fluent English speakers.

Very convenient, comfortable bed, close to places to eat. Close to the train station with an easy 4 minute walk. Room was a bit hot so we turned off the air conditioner and the room eventually cooled down.

Pillows are a little too firm for my liking. The hotel doesn’t have a fitness room.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in a great location - very easy to get there from Haneda airport by limo bus. Major train station just 5 minute walk away. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and could answer my questions even though I knew very little Japanese. I stayed here over a week and am super happy with my accomodations. TV on counter took up space (maybe should be mounted on the wall?) Also the screen of the TV comes on when entering room (no volume though - which is good). On screen shows time and temp which is helpful info -- but I always take a break from TV when I'm on vacation and would rather it not be so prominent. Others may feel differently.

Great location. Closest hotel from the bus stop of Airport Limousine to/from Haneda Airport. Most luxury hotels in Omiya Station area. Breakfast buffet is super delicious. Professional staff.
