Cleaning everyday, nice breakfast and friendly staff! Spa a nice addition. Free products available in the lobby and a pillow hotel. Also a coin loundry machine available on the second floor! You had to leave the room before 10 am if you wished to have the room cleaned. Also the breakfast ended already at 8.30 (mon-sat), and at 9 on sundays.

The hotel is a short walk from Omiya station and was very accommodating when holding our luggage after we had checked out. The Onsen is great and was a highlight of the facilities. The weather was very rainy during or stay and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the front desk. The basic pillows on the beds aren't very comfortable, you can get different pillows from the reception amenities, but the default should be better.

The room is for two and it is the most smallest room I've never been. Enter the room two step and its the bath room and you cannot sit properly in the toilet you will hit your head on the wall. This is the second time I book at booking.com and both is worst
