Location, room, staff, close to historical downtown

The location is great! Near lots of museums and a short walk to the university and river. Reception was lovely. Room and bathroom were clean and nice. Our room keys wouldn't work multiple times, but reception was quick to fix the issue.

The hotel is in an ideal (quiet!) location between the old city walls and the Tormes river - but still within a 10 minute walk to reach the Plaza Mayor and other historic venues. Rooms were very comfortable, WiFi worked like a charm, and the staff were welcoming and helpful whenever we needed some advice or info. We found it excellent value for money, and will be happy to return in future. Not a complaint, but car parking nearby can be tricky - we happily avoided getting a penalty or ticket, but had to leave our car in a few "unauthorised" locations!

Location No parking available. When switching off the room lights the chargers stopped working and were not able to charge our mobiles, back up batteries and other devices while sleeping

big clean rooms and bathroom/toilet, quiet area and yet walking distance to old town, beautiful lake at the back of the hotel the room can have a little more lighting

Great location. Large comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Parking is available only in an off-site garage where daily payment accrues.

The location is great and the staff is very nice and helpful! The chair in the work station inside the room was pretty uncomfortable.

Location was great, short distance to the downtown. Employees and cleaning did a great job. Hotel was clean and organized Unfortunately our room did only have a small window. The window was so small and in the upper corner, that it was not possible to see anything outside. The hotel was not booked out, so they could have offered a different room.

Location and staff . Excellent . Breakfast very good as well . Parking nearby not ideal but easy to park outside of hotel to unload and load . Would be nice to have tea or coffee available in room .

well built hotel with decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Quiet location, just outside (and downhill from) old quarter.

Quiet location and an easy walk into the city. Friendly front desk staff and cleaning girls! Price was very reasonable. Our room, on the second floor, had very high windows therefore no real view (unless you stood on the bed!) and made the room dark. This, along with the old, dark, wooden furniture, gave a very gloomy feel. Public, underground, parking was a little too far away when carrying luggage. Toiletries made in PRC!!! Definitely not worthy of 4* rating.
