Very close within 200 meters, if that, to the university buildings. The buildings are awesome and the car free walking, incredible cafes, restaurants and the students, along with a small number of tourists made it a most enjoyable stay. Highly recommend the town and accommodation.

What an incredible hotel located in the heart of the historic center of Salamanca. Public underground parking is available right across from the hotel. The cathedrals and downtown are less than 10 minutes walking. The room was very comfortable and everything was provided. Air conditioning was great. The bed was super comfortable. The terrace was delightful. The breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at this modern gem in the heart of Salamanca’s historic old town. From the moment I arrived, the experience was clearly designed for ease and efficiency. Check-in and check-out were fully self-service via a smart kiosk, and access to both the hotel and rooms is seamlessly managed through a web-based app—perfect for those who appreciate autonomy and convenience. While the hotel leans heavily on technology, it doesn’t miss the human touch where it matters most. The café/bar staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself feels either brand new or immaculately maintained. My room was spotless, with high-quality bedding, plush pillows, and soft, fresh towels that made it easy to unwind after a day exploring the city. The bar area is open all day and into the evening, offering a cozy indoor space and a lovely terrace to enjoy a drink or bite while soaking in the charm of Salamanca. For those driving in, there’s a public underground car park just two minutes away for 17 euros per day—convenient and accessible. But the absolute highlight is the location. Nestled right within the ancient university campus, you’re surrounded by 1000 years of history and just a five-minute walk from the stunning Salamanca Cathedral. It’s hard to imagine a better base for exploring the city’s architectural and cultural treasures. One thing to note: reception is only staffed during certain hours, so this may not suit travelers who prefer frequent face-to-face interaction. However, for anyone comfortable with digital systems, this hotel offers a near-flawless blend of modern innovation and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for tech-savvy travelers. We arrived after 5 pm without any reception staff, had to figure out check-in, parking etc on our own. It can be overwhelming for some people. The temp control in my room does not work so well, may need some adjustment.

The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. They were flexible to meet our needs for example a room with two beds for me and my son, and adapting the menu since I am muslim and can't eat some types of foods. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. It is located in a safe neighborhood, quiet, easy to walk in. The hotel facilities are friendly to people with disabilities and older persons, using ramps, elevator is available. Thank you for everything! It is that I did not like but a way to improve. Management should install small fridges in the rooms for guests to conserve small snacks and beverages. Please, place tea spoons in the rooms and leave fresh water bottles every day would be extremely kind for guests.

AC unit didn't work and the room got incredibly hot (28c)

Very good

The stay at this hotel was just fabulous. I'm really sorry I had no time to enjoy the room as I wish, it was clean and smelled great, decent TV size (as few hotels have) the staff was attentive, they took our luggage before check in so we could be more comfortable. Easiest access with virtual keys (also a card just in case) and the facilities were very cozy. I would absolutely suggest this hotel.

Parking was close by. Room was small but well equipped. The only problem was the self check in. A problem for those not tech savvy. We had outside space, a boon.
