There was no AC, but that was mentioned on the booking site so it was not a surprise.

Was very clean and location was decent. Unfortunately it only had one small fan and it got very hot. The window shade on the large window was broken so we weren’t able to reduce the heat with a broken window shade. At night with the street light coming straight into the room, the very early morning sun shining in, the heat, we weren’t able to sleep well. Hard to get up with hardly any sleep and traveling for 5 more hours was very difficult.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.

The price There was no receptionist to leave my luggage with. And when they forgot to send me the code to get back in on the second day of my stay, no one answered my call, telling them to send me that code. If you are not going to have a receptionist, it is critical you always answer the phone. For this reason alone, I would give it an F grade.

It was close to the city center There was no receptionist, and the phone number that I was to use in case my code would not work, was not picked up. If the hotel doesn’t plan on having a receptionist, they must be able to provide immediate phone support, which they did not do on two separate occasions.

Check-in was smooth and handled by a very friendly and helpful member of the staff! Fantastic place next to the city center, great to explore Salamanca. The rooms had no table or chair to put some stuff and the bathroom had no ventilation. It was easy to hear people from the other rooms through the door and walls.

Online check in was easy and the location is perfect. The room itself was clean and a spacious. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan since, there isn't any AC, I appreciated that. The room smelled bad. The window opened up to an enclosed ally area and made the room smell like sewer. I think maybe putting air fresheners in the rooms could be great. I wish the bathroom door was a sliding one, the space is so small it's difficult to move. Also the shower pressure was horrible.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. There was no air conditioning, that I know of, but the windows provided enough ventilation. The location of the hotel is perfect, a short walk to the mercadona and the downtown area, however due to its location on a very busy street, it is loud with the windows open. There is no issue when the windows are closed, but due to the heat, windows had to be open, so I would just recommend bringing earplugs. The check in was super easy and the host was very nice and helpful. I would come back here again and I highly recommend.
