Location was good. Room was small and clean. It's what you would expect for the price. Window coverings made the room really dark for sleeping. "Breakfast" was coffee and a pastry at a local diner. Not worth the price.

The location, the price and the promptness from the staff as there were some issues with the check in.

There's a problem with the rooms that face an interior courtyard where the air conditioning units are located. When the window is opened, very hot air from outside blows in. This forces the air conditioning to run constantly and prevents the room from being properly ventilated.

Gran Vía in Salamanca became our home away from home. This hotel is located in a historical building that I happened to know from my 28 years visiting this MESMERIZING city. Gran Vía Hotel has suffer a great transportations. The stay is not by all means luxurious, it is minimalist but they have by far one of the BEST LOCATIONS in town , a 3 minute walk to Calle Torovand MY FAVORITE PLAZA IN ALL EUROPE OR IN THE WORLD , PLAZA MAYOR❤️❤️❤️. Gran Via’s bathrooms are small something not unusual in Europe but they make up the size with such HOT AND GREAT PRESSURE WATER FOR A DELIGHTFUL SHOWER!!!!! I strongly recommend this hotel to you!!!!! I will definitely be back I am not a complicated travel, for me LOCATION is number 1 and for that I give you a 10. Bathroom to small but not bad NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL FOR ME!!!!!if you are over 200 pounds DO NOT consider this hotel. You will not fit in the bathroom comfortably.

Staff was great. Location was great and room was comfortable. 90 degrees and no air conditioning. Apparently corporate controls this and doesn’t allow air conditioning on before June 1.

Good location, great reception by Silvia, very clean room, comfortable accommodation, mattress hard enough to sleep very well. I would stay more days in the same hotel and in the same room. I did not have time to discover things that I did not like. So, everything was great!

Clean, modern, great location! Wish they included coffee and not just tea. ? Also, the walls are very thin. The couple having sex across the hall sounded like they were inside my room!
