Warm water in the shower, easy in and out checking. Clean arrival and utility in the bathroom. Good sound volume from the others at the residence. Location was further from the city then anticipated. Most of the stores and other shops in the area was closed for the winter. Hard to communicate with the receptionist.

The room is of reasonable size. The reception was open when we arrived, and it went quite quickly - even though we did not get a good description of exactly where our room was other than the building. The beds were OK. The clerk ordered us a taxi at the time of our departure. Our room was not clean, and there were stains on the bedding as well as the towels. The toilet smelled like sewer. None of the kitchen appliances were clean, and we were overall especially disappointed with the cleanliness and heavy air. It smelled, was way too hot, with only a fan in the 35*C temperature. The WiFi was not fast, as advertised, either. Since I do not enjoy filth, I ended up fixing both the smell in the toilet and washing the hood fan. Considering the price, there must be better alternatives than this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good and the place rather quiet at night. The comfort of the rooms (no air-conditioning, tough for beginning of August) and the bed. It was clearly good value for money though.

I loved it!! I needed some days to rest having my own space and it was perfect and exactly what I needed. The room is cute, bathroom very clean and works perfectly, the kitchen is very well equipped. It was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

It was a bit tricky to find the exact entrance and the phone line is fixed so it was hard to catch someone on the phone to get details in order.

Location was nice and the room was small but very confortable. It had heating and the beds nice. Great afforable choice. As expected there was some noise and students parties. Not recomended for people who want to sleep before midight,
