Be aware…. Management does not do room inspections following housekeeping. Shampoo in shower was completely empty. Also, you cannot lower the air below 68 degrees and they do not mention this, with weather in the 90’s. In order to have the room cooler, you must request VIP access to have the hotel staff lower the temp. I called the front desk after midnight and was told they could not assist and not told about the VIP access which they do not share with guests until I checked out and shared feedback. As a former GM for a rival chain, it is clear ownership is not doing this to be environmentally conscious as staff suggested, this is a an attempt at maintaining profits. When paying over $200 for a night, I should be able to lower the air in such weather. Will not be staying again.

It was okay.

Wonderfully located . So close to the park for amphitheater and all the downtown eateries. Beautiful spacious rooms and nice and clean. Staff was smiling and looked happy to be there. That makes a difference and I appreciate it.

It’s a nice property. Very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Lovely little kitchenette. This is the second time we’ve stayed there for an event at the park. Ask for a room at the back of the building if you say, has you waking up on a weekday. Last year we woke up on Sunday morning. It was perfect, nice and quiet peaceful downtown. This year, we woke up on a Monday morning to VERY loud traffic beginning at 3 AM and it didn’t stop. It’s a very busy street. No fault of the hotel. Just be aware -consider ear plugs.

Superb

Our Room was so spacious and smelled clean The laundry room was not as clean as I would have hoped and the parking situation was annoying
-
Clean room. Helpful front desk staff.
-
Staff, location, facilities, beautiful roomy rooms. Walking distance to everything I loved everything about this property
-
Busy street downtown so it made navigating difficult. Room felt not the cleanest. Floors didn’t feel clean. Sink would not drain due to hair clogging it. Clean washcloth had human hair imbedded in it. Popping noise all night long which was awful for trying to fall asleep. Frustrating due to the price of the room.
-
Fantastic location, this elegant property exceeds expectations. Room was modern and sleek yet cozy. The italian restaurant attached to the lobby was phenomenal.

Will stay again
-
clean. nice hotel rude guy staff. parking situation is difficult especially if valet is full. very inconvenient
-
It was beyond the hotels control. We had one homeless person outside the hotel with a knife fighting someone that wasn't there. On a separate day there was human poop on the sidewalk, that was never cleaned up by the city. Tent city close to the hotel.

Horrible stay
-
Property is not ADA compliant with parking, staff are rude when asking for help and rooms were dirty, mold in shower, and thermostat does not stay at temp set. The lack of ADA compliance was by far the worst thing I’ve ever experience and my stay was not close to worth the $600 for 2 nights.

The property is nicely located near the riverfront park with lots of dining options nearby. The check in process was a bit hectic because Google Maps took us to the wrong location and then there was limited parking for the valet. There is no onsite parking for your car, you must choose between valet or on street parking. The hotel staff didn’t provide any information about the property or the amenities when checking in which made it more difficult to orient after an all ready exhausting check in process. Overall not super impressed.

Clean rooms

The location was perfect. I would have liked a small microwave in the room.

Seasonal pricing was almost double normal rates. I booked it and enjoyed it - a bit of a stretch on price but a fantastic experience.
