Nothing at all…. They need to maintain this place TV doesn’t work, air conditioners have a smelly tree to hide the smell of the room, depressingly lit.

Charming with the Palm Trees around the parking lot. Donut shop & mini-mart conveniently located with the block. All good!

Nothing Staff is very rude. The only answer for your questions you get is that they cancel your booking. Information that you have to pay deposit you can get only while checking in otherwise cancelation. Rooms are very dirty and uncomfortable. Beds are very old and super squeaky. Completely not recommended.

Hotel is old, but clean. Internet or wifi was poor. If that was improved, the rating would go way up. The neighborhood itself has many homeless in it, so there is no office access - everything is done by the patron outside and slide things under a door in the window - so any crime stays outside the hotel. So, the neighborhood is dangerous. Not the staff or the hotel. I had no problems with noise or any visitors/homeless harassment was non-existent.

Rude staff that refuse to check in or return deposit in timely manner Almost everything.

The price The bed bugs, the mold, the weird smoking rules, the pet area, the staffs attitude and customer service, and I didn't like that they didn't have a lobby just a tiny window. I really did not like the level of cleanliness. And was told that I got a gross room because I had a dog.

Nothing The dog pee on the floor from whomever had stayed in the room prior that I had to clean up. The burn holes in the sheets and blankets. The check-in staff was incredibly rude. Most of all, they kept a $60 security deposit for no reason. I don’t smoke, I announced the fact that I have a medical alert service dog well before arrival, and I left my key card in the room prior to checking out on time, so there is NO reason for this hold of my funds. Do NOT stay here.

For the price and location this motel was a surprise. Clean, older but remodeled bath except for the low toilet, a fine bed, room to put a dop kit on a counter in the bathroom, plenty of water pressure in the shower, an adequate desk and lighting, lots of electrical outlets, lights to read in bed that actually illuminate, a big fridge. Not much in the way of other amenities but there is a great breakfast place, Word Of Mouth, a short walk away.
