Hampton Inn & Suites Salem, OR

Very convenient location. Comfortable rooms. Nice shower, which is new, with good shampoos and body wash. Love the breakfast. Also, the coffee was delicious.

the room was great very clean and roomy morning front desk lady was really nice. The night shift front desk nan nit so much Breakfast was delicious we arrived @ 3:45pm ( after check in time) and we were told that there wasnt a room ready for us yet that it would be 10 minute wait we waited in the lobby for over 1 hour (4:45pm) while we were waiting for our room to be ready 2 other couples came in and were told that their room were not ready either Check in time is 3:00pm we shouldnt had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes after check in time for a room to be ready especially after paying $200.00+ a night for a room.

It has been a long time since I’ve stayed in a hotel that is as clean, as helpful, and whose staff has obviously worked very hard to maintain the look and feel of the hotel. In addition to being very supportive, communicative and kind, you could tell they were proud of working at the hotel and proud of what they do. Definitely a pleasure to stay there would recommend it again and again.

Very pleased with the quick check-in checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Will definitely consider again.

Have stayed here before, never disappoints. Breakfast was the best.

Breakfast was standard for hotels like this, but the staff was better than most. The staff made sure every item was stocked and the serving areas are kept clean, including the waffle makers which tend to get messy fast. The front desk staff when above & beyond, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. The only thing that could be better is to add more luggage carts, there was only one.

Thanks for the snacks, candies, water and drinks provided in the room. The staff were nice and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean.
