Very impressed with how well this place was kept up. Super clean, wonderful indoor pool and Jacuzzi even had a sauna and small gym. Everything was immaculate, super clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotel once before, but it seems like it has gone downhill, especially for the price that I paid. Upon arrival, there was no desk in no ironing board, which didn’t work for me as I was traveling for business. I got moved to another floor, which was nice that they did that however, they were doing remodeling and we’re banging on the room immediately below me for a couple of days. Breakfast was average.

Loved the fresh baked cookies when we arrived. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I tried explaining that I had called the night before to add an extra night and two rooms to my reservation, but she immediately interrupted to say they were fully booked before even looking up my reservation. Once she checked, only one room had been reserved despite another employee confirming two rooms over the phone. Traveling with 8 people and 2 babies, expecting two rooms and finding only one with no explanation was incredibly frustrating. Being told we could all stay in one room until the next day wasn’t a realistic solution. Thankfully, the staff at the Residence Inn across the street were welcoming, kind, and even acknowledged that the situation could have been handled much better. Aside from check-in, the hotel itself was good for the price. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. The breakfast staff and overnight gentleman were especially friendly and helpful. I hope management addresses how guests are treated at check-in. First impressions matter, and a little kindness and professionalism go a long way.

Great place, no issues .

Clean room, quiet and safe location. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was great also.

Executive rooms are kind of ugly. Have a jacuzzi but really just wanted a separate living room from bedroom. Super large living room. Kind of oversized for the layout of the furniture. Sofa crammed into corner. Bedroom OK. Bathroom across the living room separate from bedroom. Small shower like something someone puts in a basement. Waited almost 2 hours after checking in to get room. We were a half hour early. Told to come back in 30 minutes. Then told to come back again in 30 minutes. Came back 50 minutes later and still no room. Definitely will not pay for executive suite again.

I loved everything about this hotel. Spacious, beautiful, clean room. Comfortable beds, great shower, nice breakfast. Free parking. I’ve stayed in 7 hotels in 7 days and this one is head and shoulders above all of them!

Nice breakfast.

Very nice budget hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin. Breakfast was very good compared to similar hotels. They even had a waffle maker that made 1-4 mini waffles instead of one huge waffle. They offered pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, and a standard egg, meat, and biscuit gravy (biscuits were not good though. They looked like they were cooked in a microwave). Staff was excellent. Plus there’s a bakery right down the street. It was fun to go get treats for the kids there. Overall it was good but the thin walls might cause me to look elsewhere.

Nice location, clean, comfortable, they made sure my room was cool for me when I checked in and were able to get me a room on the 3rd floor like I requested. NA
