Staff was very helpful, room was clean

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms, one in each bedroom, which we loved! We had a two bedroom suite. The air conditioner was in the main living room but there was no way to separately adjust the temperature in the bedrooms. We slept with our bedroom doors closed so it got a little stuffy/hot in the bedrooms.

The fridge made ice, kitchen had everything we need, three tv’s was perfect. Breakfast was good just need a little different selections. People on top kept making voice running back and forth at any time could be 11 pm or 3 am etc. one of the tv remote’s didn’t work. One of the closet door wouldn’t close properly as well one of the restroom doors.

Perfect set up for a girls night after a long hike. We had separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice front room and kitchen for cooking. Nice front desk people. Wished there was a hot tub. And the sofa needs replaced.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ethan. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great. The hotel itself seemed a little bit on the older side, but we were comfortable and felt safe. We had an adult in our group sleeping on the pullout bed, and the bar underneath wasn't very comfortable for him. The other beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the basketball court. The fireplace in the room was a nice addition.

This place is really outdated. The rooms are not nice, AC struggles, bed and pillows are bad and the pool smells horrible. The price is really high for the quality.

Very nice and updated rooms. Lots of space for 6 of us. Breakfast was nice.

But the front desk on staff when I checked in was not friendly. I waited over 5 minutes and no one was there, so I proceeded to call the front desk, and waited another 5 minutes of the phone ringing for someone to show up. He then did not apologize for the wait or was friendly at all. The pool was very gross, the water was super cloudy and did not smell clean. You get what you pay for I suppose. I have to say the breakfast was awesome, one of my favorite hotel breakfasts I've had.

Staff was nice. Enjoyed the breakfast. Room was ok.

The breakfast was a in need of some changes, the eggs were a bit undercooked and what they called sausage links… well they were horrible. Maybe switch over to real link instead of whatever that was.

Other than that property was in good shape and room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was nothing special but they do still have one. Seems like lots of hotels are cutting them out.

The room had black mold in the bathroom, and they charge to park your car. Not very impressed.

Breakfast was OK. There was warm water in the shower. I stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed nor the towels changed. I have to clean the bathroom and toilet by myself. There weren’t toiletries and I have to go and buy soap. I made the front desk aware of the failure to clean my room up the first day and nothing happened. When the second day of the same, the person in the front desk, a young man, though it was funny and laughed at me.

Rooms are nice and clean just the sofabed was uncomfortable
