The room was clean and now nices

Waffles, bread and bagels, cereal, bananas, and apples for breakfast! Pool was nice

Bed size and comfort was good. Desk staff were so nice during our stay and made the experience much better. There was a musty smell in the room every day. We were not sure what it was and it was strong enough to smell when we entered the room but subtle enough that we eventually could tolerate it even though it was still there.

Staff was very polite and friendly Was misunderstanding with staff and maintenance so didnt have hot water . Was only there for short nap so not a big deal

The hotel is centrally located however the pictures arent essentially what you see when you arrive at the property. The entrance is confusing and narrow. Their breakfast though is what was disappointing. It's a narrow space with hardly any space for tables or chairs. They have one toaster that can only toast 2 slices at a time with and 1 pancake maker. There are no eggs or anything else other than bagels, bread and muffins if your early. That was disappointing. The evening was helpful but the staff during the day had to constantly be told that the breakfast trays or milk needed to be refilled.

They stole my money and would not let me check in

Breakfast offering was adequate. Coffee good. Tired room. Sink fixtures loose, not mounted properly at all. Drain strainer barely hanging on at an angle. Looks like cigarette burns all over the shear drapes and elsewhere in the non smoking room. Frankly staff doesn’t look very excited about working there. Professional enough to do their job but seems there’s something up in general…..

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here & probably won't come back. The doors to rooms close very hard. Both stays we heard slamming doors between 12& 2 am. We also had very loud families above us both times. Leading to 2 sleepless nights
