This hotel definitely thought of everything down to little towel hooks for washcloths. We immediately felt at home and were very comfortable. Violet at the front desk was personable and took the time to answer all our questions. If I am ever back in Salem this will be where I stay.

The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. The room was great, the bed was awesome, even the water pressure was awesome. Just had a very pleasant stay. Our new home away from home in Salem. Staff was helpful in every way. Breakfast was awesome. Parking was convenient.

Checking in there was no one and when the front desk showed up he answered the phone and I have to wait till he is sales a room and the sofa bed mattress is very old and the sheets were not the right size

It was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable that we both woke up in pain and the pillows went flat the moment your head touched them. 2 pillows felt like I was sleeping with none. Had to sleep with my airplane neck pillow.
