Motel 6 Salem, OR - Expo Center

Safe, clean, efficient and great service.

So the beds were sunking in not comfortable. The shower I got burnt from someone else using the shower or I would freeze from the cold water. The vent on the air conditioner was broken so you couldn't adjust the air flow.

Manager puja was rude and judgemental, placed on do not rent list with out any explanation as to what we did wrong. Rude stairs, Unfriendly. My elderly mother and I felt judged by her the minute we walked through the door. Charged my mother top price after joining my 6 rewards. We did nothing wrong to deserve the treatment we experienced from her. A job I feel personally she doesn't deserve. How many others has she done this to. We stayed a week all to find out she banned us with no explanation, After trying to extend our stay.

Everyone was friendly and the rooms were very clean.

The convience of everything so close We had a top room with a train right there with a newborn was a no go

The staff was nice. Coffee was good. The train directly behind the hotel was very noisy. Probably depends on where your room is located

It’s budget friendly, but very basic. Needs a bit if an overhaul

Pool closed for no apparent reason on a hot summer day. I suspect that this is always the case as the pool wasn't clean and not maintained. Bathroom in need a major renovation.

The palm trees were nice My room was about 15’ from the railroad track and trains ran until at least 2am so it was very noisy. The bathroom was damp and mildewed and the shower surround was peeling off the wall.

The parking lot was clean Walls being thin were noisy clients determined when you went to bed

The peacefulness The rooms have like little flies it’s annoying.

the only thing was a window in the bathroom that light up the whole room as soon as sun hit it, had to put pillows in window to keep dark the next morning

Good place for a quick stop.

Location and pretty comfortable Pool was closed and was a lot smaller than the pictures online
