Renovations started at like 8 am and woke me up which kinda sucks. But otherwise stay was fine.

I liked that my room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. It was close to the venue where I was going. So it made it very convenient.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice but the hotel was under construction. That was something that wasn’t mentioned but everything else was ok.

Nothing. Everything from the moment we arrived to the city. It was bad. Service was meh. The place smelled bad when you got in the hallway. Where were the stairs? Why are they hard to find? Why are there stains all over the room on the carpet & the walls? Why does it smell like somebody urinated? Why is it not clean? We checked in, put our bag on the bed, left for a concert, came back, grabbed our things, gave the keys back & drove home. We used the toilet one time. There is no way anybody should stay there unless its an Oxford house or they turn it into a facility of some sort. That was horrid. 0/10 awful. I will be getting my money back.

Fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm for 2 hours. The building was being worked on and the stairwell light were discontinued. Very scary for a false alarm.

Check in was easy, location was good. Construction is not a good look..... No coffee in the morning, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to make coffee at 8:00 AM! A compressor kicked on at 5:10 AM in the room next to me. The entire building where my room was, the third floor, was a construction site, with paint, drywall, sanding pads and garbage in the stairway.

It was awful! Constant what sounded like partying going on all night, doors slamming, people walking the halls at 3am playing loud music, we had no idea that the 4th floor was under construction. The lobby smelled like smoke, it was just an all in all bad experience and we will not be staying here again!

Very clean & staff was very helpful

The hotel has a history of criminal activity which includes the murder of a 22 yr old woman yet it didn't have adequate door locks. Its website shows a pool and gym which are no longer available. There is no breakfast or even filtered water. The elevator smelled like urine. There was scum under the soap holder in the tub. It's actually fairly easy to see that the organization is either bankrupt or well on their way to being so. For the sake of your own well-being don't book a room here. Pay the extra $35 or so for safety and filtered water.

Love the hotel will go back and love it so much. It was great time. Big spacious rooms amazing.
