Everything was great! Will definitely use them again!

We had the hot tub room. No complaints.
-
Parking was not good
-
Horrible room. Hard wood floors made it very noisy. Cracked mirror in bathroom. Loud neighbors but again probably only because of the floors. Do not go here!!!

Pool and hot tubs were clean

I don't love motels. Picked this because of price point on a long road trip. Lots of grassy areas for dogs. Found it odd that behind the property there is an electric fence - yikes! Lots of people seeming to spend hours hanging out on the grounds. A/C did not help cool our room. It was alright.

There were a lot of homeless people around the hotel. Needs updating

A dump. Bed was not made . The air conditioner sounded louder than a dump truck . The gun was from the 70s. No elevator. Had to carry my bike up the stairs. Bath tub was shipped . The smell was awful. Ended up leaving after not getting any help. Want a refund. Only there 2 hrs

Everything was dirty and rundown. The halls, the stairs, the pool and courtyard, and the room were all poorly maintained and dirty. I don’t think our room had been swept in weeks. There were literal large dust/hair bunnies by the beds. Everything felt dirty. There was a large gap around our door - you could see light all around the door coming from outside. The water pressure in the shower was poor and it took a long time for the water to get warm. They said there was “breakfast”, but breakfast consisted of a cup of juice (that had fermented) and a granola bar. Would not stay here again.

Did use hot tub. When checking out the front lobby smelled like pot
-
Front desk super friendly.
-
Only every time I went to the lobby it felt like the staff was indifferent towards guests.

Comfortable clean room
-
Staff was very abrupt and borderline unapproachable, the carpet in the room smelled horrible the toilet didn’t flush and we got in late in the first place no big deal, but if you know you’re sending us to the most expensive room you have and this is how it is and the carpet is peeling back etc at least be nice and typically I don’t even leave a review at all let alone not a great one. But here it is, people should at least treat you as a guest not a problem to over come
-
Convenient access to the freeway plenty of shopping and eateries within a close proximity The AC could be better
-
Clean room, so if you're looking for a convenient stay next to the highway this is your spot. The gym is bare bones and kind of messy
-
Bedding was old and worn. Bathtub was worn, causing it to look dirty. One lamp had a flickering light bulb. The main overhead light didn't work at all. No laundry bag provided. The "clothesline"over the bathtub was broken.

It was close to a grocery store The sheets were stained, the. Comforters were very strange. There was a hole in the painting above the beds with was very weird. The heating was old and not very good , it stru k up my son's allergies. The noise form outside came right in the room like the door was open when it wasn't. I didn't feel safe
