Parking was ample and the staff were gracious and accommodating.

Hotel was very nice to stay at for a family of 4. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. Pool area was very nice. Hotel was conveniently located off the highway and close to dinner options. We stayed there on the way to see the Ridge Yaks play.

I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn, Salem. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The faculty was clean, and it was easy to get on and off the highway. A simple fix would make this a great place to stay. Provide pillows that have some stuffing. With three pillows, I still could not get a normal pillow height nor any support. Next time, I will bring my own. Overall, a great stay. The shower was great, too.

Parking was accessible as I’m disabled. The rooms were clean, modern and furnished nicely. The staff as always very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. This particular Hampton Inn is one of my favorites as the area located is very pleasant and peaceful. I always use this hotel as a stop over from Atlanta to New Jersey and vice versa.

Hotel was sold out the night we stayed but the staff did an excellent job accommodating everyone. Breakfast was very good also.

I love the pool was actually heated as stated, the breakfast was amazing and they didn’t cut it off right at 10 and the location was beautiful!! It’s not that I didn’t not like anything. The only thing I would change is to extend the time on the pool. We had long days and would get back late and unfortunately not be able to utilize the pool.

The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
