The only thing I noticed was the pool had need to be vacuumed in the deep end of the pool,and kids do need to stop running along the pool

Pool was green, room door lock hung up every time I tried to go in, ceiling was crumbling and falling, shower had lukewarm warm water, trash on floor upon check in, no phones or alarm clock in the room, elevator hadn’t been inspected and certified since October 2023.

They moved us 2 times and finally on the third room it was bare able but the pool was green and the first 2 room and the pool look like they were infected

Nothing. Tv had 4 channels, pool wasn’t open, room was dirty, smelled, workout room was empty, no breakfast at all. No WiFi and the staff was not helpful. I would have left but they wouldn’t refund my $! Worst place I have ever stayed! Everything. It is a dirty nasty run down place!!!

The room smelt unclean upon arrival like sewer water, faint cigarette smell and just all around unpleasant and lingered the whole stay. A man who seemingly worked for this “hotel” was peering into the window of another room when I pulled in immediately giving off a creepy vibe. Because of the set up, I would never have felt safe staying here alone like originally planned and was glad I had a friend with me. Lesson learned on my end. Did the trick for one night, will not be back.

Highly recommended

First night, we were first told there was no room for us. Then, after arguing with the staff, we we’re knowingly placed in a room with one bed, a strong foul odor and a water leak in the bathroom with an inch of water standing in the bathroom floor. It wasn’t until the 3rd night that they moved us out of the foul-smelling room into the room we paid for, which was a room with 2 beds. After that, our stay was fine, but not great. I will not stay here again. In the future, I’ll be looking for either hotels not run by Wyndham, or an Air BnB.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with thoughtful amenities like an ironing board and hair dryer. The views were great, and the staff were as helpful as they could be with limited staffing. The rooms smell of stale smoke even in the nonsmoking rooms. The door locks didn’t work, so we couldn’t access one of our rooms and had to be moved around to 2 other rooms. The beds were not very comfortable. The paint was peeling in the room and even worse in the bathroom. The carpet was old and fraying in places. There was only one person at the desk to help guests, so check in took a while. When the door locks didn’t allow us into our room, I had to wait in the line again to get help. I felt really bad for the employee at the desk that had to deal with extremely upset guests over a third party payment. There was not a manager that could assist them.
