Upon arrival , the room smelled a bit like an ashtray. I had to put on the AC and spray a bit of perfume and that helped a lot. You get what you pay for.

The young lady who worked the desk the late afternoon we checked in was very helpful and more importantly pleasant!

The shining star of the stay is the lovely check-in lady at the front desk. She was helpful, hospitable, and so sweet. The hotel itself is very dirty, rundown, smells like flood damage. Bathroom had hair all along the wall, sheets stained. Pictures on the wall covered in inches of dust, spider webs along the ceiling. Booked a queen/queen but got a full/full room. The best hotel in this area would be the comfort suites across the road, or travel a bit farther along I-81 to another location.

Only stayed one night as we were passing through. We were able to check in quickly. The room seemed clean and comfortable. We had a decent breakfast in the morning. The ice machine and in-room fridge worked great. No complaints.

Location was close to interstate easy on/off. All staff:checking in and out and during breakfast were friendly, courteous, cheerful, and helpful. We’ve been stopping here every summer to/from our annual trip to visit family in MD since 2021. We also like the selection of nearby restaurants. This year, we received a 10% discount on our bill at the local Italian restaurant by presenting our room key. There are 2 other nearby restaurants that also honor the discount. It’s also a quiet location and I enjoy using the pool.

Had a charge dispute and it turned out to be my mistake. The staff and owner handled it very professionally. I had to apologize for my mistake!!
