Tutto a posto!

Not much to like. Stunned that this was built in 2007. Seems like a hospital renovated to try to be a hotel. Everything. Check in is behind bulletin proof glass. Staff had no idea about our reservations or ability to add a room. Rooms were hospital like. Hard mattress. Hard pillow. Bar looked closed basically all day. All in all a 1 or 2 star hotel max.

Nothing. Hospital Like. Staff was not hospitable. Breakfast was meh. Stunned this was built in 2007, looks out of the 70s and tech is too. Everything.

Breakfast was ok pastries hard boiled eggs and deli cheese. Fruit was always unripe in fact the peach and kiwi i got 5 days ago are still not ripe. We had 2 reservations so this shows only 1 of 5 nights. The staff at reception desk were unhelpful. The room did not have a book with whats available. No restaurant or room service. Front desk staff cold and unhelpful. Behind plexiglass not welcoming and luckily i speak some italian because nobody spoke english

Great location but breakfast could have been better.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful.
-
Old. Dated. Breakfast room is too big, crowded, loud. The whole hotel was cold. Not 4 star breakfast. Freezing rooms with no furnishings. Definitely not 4 star.
-
Terrible staff and rooms have awful design.

I liked the location and the parking garage. The building was very old and needs restructuring. Breakfast was horrible. We needed the fridge for our daughter’s milk and it was broken. The bathroom pipes made noise every 15 minutes all night. It kept us up.

Hotel caters to large groups breakfast room was loud and food not 4 star quality. Our room had a closet door that was broke and it smelled like sewage - when we asked for assistance - a guy came flushed the toilet and sprayed chemical air freshener

Great hotel to stay, right on the promenade. Close to everywhere. The hotel was very nice, very clean with bar and very nice restaurant with a great menu. The room was very clean, spacious with sea view balcony. The reception staff very professional and attentive and service was great. The breakfast was exceptional. The food in restaurant was delicious. I was very happy to stay there.

Breakfast was OK, given that we were in Italy (land of the wheat flour) Location is OK, not too far away from the city center/train station. Easy walking I do not drink coffee, but I heard from colleagues that the coffee was underwhelming. But they asked for proper espresso from the staff in the breakfast area, so they survived..

Location is great, accesible to visit the city center and reach the harbor. Nothing really, it's just a hotel to stay overnight, nothing fancy and it would be good to have the instructions for the parking entrance before arriving.

Please ignore the negative reviews! This hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, with a cute decor and in a terrific location-- it is on the shore and is near the train station, the ferry port, and a bus stop that can take you to Amalfi, and the old center is a twenty minute walk. The breakfast buffet is huge -- eggs, cheese, yogurt, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, even vegan. I found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, and the price is more than reasonable. It IS a four star hotel, because in Italy, stars refer to the facilities available (and not whether there is a tea kettle in the room). People need to realize that no hotel can anticipate the needs of people from every country on earth. The cappuccine machine at breakfast produces lousy coffee-- but no worse than what I've had at comparably-sized hotels in Austria, for example.

The room is very spacious, but decor - bed cover, bedhead are outdated. No cofee maker in the room. Breakfast too basic, not enough fruit... mostly bakery.
