The room interior design, the receptionist guy at night is incredibly kind and polite, caring staffs all around, the cleaning lady also listens to what you want. Beautiful room, we got the one with balcony facing the front of the restaurant. Sound proof is very good considering we’re on a busy bustling street of Via Roma. WiFi is Camere Albergo but you need to ask for WiFi password with the reception guy. Breakfast is amazing, it’s on via Roma accessible from Salerno stazione just 15-30mins walk on the beach or by Bus Line 5 and 6 from (each roads are one-way direction) in front of the beach or by the train station church. Close to both Salerno ports to go to Amalfi or Positano Water pressure on the shower is low but nothing else is bad

It was located in a very nice area, 2 minutes walk from the beach. A lot of restaurants and bars around, and very convenient if you plan to use ferries to other cities. It was also close to Duomo train station, very easy to get to the property. It was clean, the AC was working nice. We didn’t have soap, but the host was very responsive and brought it on our request. Thank you

    I liked everything

The apartment itself was too dark, there were no enough light in the apartment, especially in the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and helpful to our requests and questions; If you are visiting for a few nights, the price compared to other accommodations in this area and Amalfi Coast is really cheap and convenient so you can overlook the flaws; -Cleaning and hygiene needs to be improved; Bedding was old and didn't seem very clean, the towels left on our beds were wet; After cleaning our things were moved around the room -There is Irish bar below the hotel with live music until 1-2AM, can be an issue for light sleepers (the bar is not part of the hotel)

It wasn't very clean overall, the bed covers were old, the shower was very small.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very hard but still slept good.

The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town. Nice staff - we had an issue with the room and the staff were very apologetic and immediately moved us to a new room. Decent breakfast. When we turned on the AC in our room, it blew gross bits of foam onto the bed. The staff were kind and apologetic and moved us to a room in one of their other properties, Palazzo Luciani, just down the street. Unfortunately this place was awful. Mouldiest shower I have ever seen, smelly bathroom, one of the power points didn’t work..

After we made a complaint about the room, we got another one that was much better. But still wouldn't call this place a hotel. The only good point is the location and the helpful receptionists. We booked a "deluxe" room at the hotel, but (as later we found out) got a room in the bed&breakfast. We were shocked by the dirt that we found in the bathroom (toilet was used and not flushed, hair in the washbasin, etc). The room and bathroom were poorly maintained. The shower was broken and the water sprayed all over the bathroom. There was no rack for the towels, nowhere to put them. The bed was extremely hard, impossible to sleep on. There was loud noise from the street. Basically, we chose this place because of the "English breakfast" they had offered. We were disappointed that there was no hot food, the breakfast was a croissant and a coffee. When it was not forgotten by the staff, there was some cheese, ham, yoghurt and hard-boiled eggs, but not even any fresh bread! The breakfast was at the bar of the "hotel" which was very cold in the morning. Definitely won't return here.

I requested a room change after being kept awake by a bright light on the balcony...this was arranged, and I ended up in a really beautiful room...much nicer than the original room.

A beautiful vintage b&b in the heart of Salerno. I liked the restaurant downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful .

Was extremely well located for my purpose of a concert a the theatre Augusteo. Wifi worked well. Good cup of coffee and brioche at breakfast. Decent room but hardly any room facilities. Bathroom was basic with a rather cramped shower and shower gel was the only amenity. Breakfast technically a buffet, but somewhat limited.

Amazing hotel, on one of the main streets in Salerno, 2 minutes distance from the sea and 2 minutes distance from the main street of the historical center. Amazing staff, they are all kind, great people, very funny, ready to help you with everything you need. I loved it.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant, delicious food. Big stairs, no elevator, no WiFi in the room (only at the restaurant), old furniture...
