Residenza Eleonora

Marco, our host, was incredibly prompt. Even late at night. He was always there to help. The cleaning staff were a delight too. The location is quite nice as well. I think facilities like cleaning every day could be provided. Water bottles too.

Would be nice to make coffee in the morning with coffee pods or packages in the room. Then okay to make it in common area.

Close to everything in Salerno. Very comfortable bed, you’re behind three sets of locked doors which makes it very safe, it was clean, the host was attentive and gave us the information promptly, and it’s just far with away from the extremely busy areas. The other reviewers are right, the walls are paper thin, but it wasn’t a huge problem for us. There was also an awful sewer gas smell coming through the fixtures in the bathroom. But keeping the exhaust fan on and door closed helped tremendously.

Perfectly located in the middle of the center also a couple of minutes straight walk from the train station. Super clean and comfortable place to stay. The room has a balcony overlooking right on the main street with shopping places, restaurants, coffee shops all conveniently located at your feet. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and is available by text for any requests or questions. Definitely recommended for your stays in Salerno! David & Narineh Would’ve been nice to have some basic stuff like a kettle, mugs and glasses, tea/coffee/creamer.. privately available in the room. We didn’t mind though, but im sure people would appreciate the availability, for a drink on that stunning balcony.

The property never let us into the place. Stranded us outside of the hotel at midnight. Zero hotels nearby had rooms and the hotel never took responsibility or offered a refund on the room we never even got into. The property is run terribly and even when communicating the later check in, no information was given on how to get into the hotel until several hours after the check in time that was noted.

The property was extra clean and the location is perfect. Michele the owner is super helpful and very friendly. I would totally recommend Eleonora Residence.

Location was great. Check in instructions were not given until 30 minutes post check in after many follow ups. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom & crumbs left on the desk. Person opened our door without knocking using the keypad and left when she realised we were in there.

Good location, noisy but functional A/C. Check-in instructions not provided in advance, had to call on arrival. Double bed rather than twin as requested.

Very well located, near Sant’Agatha, markets, historic attractions and restaurants. Very nice personnel.

The property was comfortable The view wasnt’t the same as showed in pictures, the room we stayed in wasn’t the one we chose, the room door had some issues and we felt unsafe, the cleaning was pretty dissapointing, no clean towels or sheets. So far, the money wasnt worth it :/

Room was nicely decorated, everything you needed was there.it was right in the centre of town centre No access to unload the luggage due to road works and closures

I liked the location of the property and the ease of access from the streets. The rooms were very clean and tidy and a lot of amenities were provided. On the Dayi I arrived, I received a message clearly detailing how I could get into my room from the building entrance which was very handy.

Good location easy access No coffee/tea facilities or lounge space; all access to hosts via What’s App room was hot, noisy and stuffy and bathroom drains had an overpowering bad smell.
