Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

I paid the price for suite, but ended up with a less comfortable unit

This place is great!

Breakfast was uninspiring, but seemed popular as the room was always full (of seemingly European tourists). Parking was adequate if people would just spread out back rather than all compete to be by the main entrance. There were actually entrances all around the building, which were helpful. AC was decent, good hot water for showers.

Convenient location and large clean rooms

Nice place. My group had 4 rooms with small to teenage children. No problems, staff helpful.

Great place to stay while doing our son of at college. Staff was very friendly and helpful even with our very late check in. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. We felt safe with all our belongings on the car. Will stay again

I was treated with great courtesy by all the staff at the hotel. The room was clean and well laid out. Should have some more computer outlets by the bed, but otherwise great. I forgot some items when I left which they gathered up for me and helped to get shipped. I will certainly return.

Surprisingly nicer than we thought! This will definitely be our go-to place in SLC when visiting the U.

A great hotel experience. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything is well maintained. Good breakfast options. Easy walk to transit and to downtown itself. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Salt Lake City.

Older motel in need of upgrades. It was busy but relatively quite. If you’re on a budget and just passing through it worth staying in.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and didn’t want to book for the end of trip til we had an opportunity to check it out. Very happy to rebook for our last night before heading out again. Nice place to stay in convenient location to everything downtown!
