Air conditioner was broken on a 102 degree day. TV was not connected to any service. I asked to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else but no. Ended up sleeping on the floor by the window as it was the coolest option. It was a rough uncomfortable night

Close to City centre and decent hotel

Very good

Great location, close to main local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking, and a nice standard American-style breakfast. The room felt quite dated, and the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Location Air conditioning wasn’t working well

Location The hotel is outdated, carpet is old and looks dirty. The bathroom is not very nice. I was not happy at all.

It was dog friendly. The air conditioning was broken in the lobby and unbearable to eat there. When we were going to bed there was NO WATER to bathe or brush our teeth. The room had cobwebs on the ceiling and ants on the dated and stained carpet. The staff was not too concerned with our dissatisfaction. We asked for a refund....the desk worker said they would reduce the rate we paid. I havent seen any compensation.

Exceptional

The staff were very good to us and other guest. The AC was not working. We were giving the choice to roll with it or cancel our stay. We had an appointment and no where else to stay. I won't stay in the downtown location ever again in any hotel.

Nothing. I didn’t like when I went to check in with my reservation. The air conditioner was not working as I was told, and that I could cancel, and that the cashier would vouch for me through booking.com while I ended up losing my reservation fee and booking.com charged me 110 cancellation fee all because their facilities was not working right. When I called to straighten it out with comfort and staff, I was told don’t book through a third-party. Nothing was done to make things right with my experience because I lost about 250 just booking with comfort Inn, Salt Lake City..

We checked in and were checking out within 15-20 minutes. Broken AC. Dirty sheets. Bugs. When I went downstairs and asked to check out (with the same person we had just checked out) and there was no surprise when I told him the issues. There was absolutely no trying to accommodate us into a different room or circumstance. Literally no comment bout the AC, sheets or bugs. By the way, I was not mad, he was not mad. I wasn't asking for refund, he wasn't offering one. He was actually very nice and at the very end apologized. He just seemed defeated - like he knew.

Location Reservation was approved despite this location NOT being able to accommodate us due to non working AC. Declining the reservation or calling us to inform us that they would not be able to honor our reservation seems to be a basic customer service skill they do not possess.
