Wheelchair horrifying entering bedroom space and bathroom , sliding doors kept closing, air conditioning in units weren’t ideal “still warm in rooms” housekeepers werent thoroughly cleaning the rooms or replacing towels , coffee, condiments, had to call guess services to replace what was needed ! I wouldn’t stay here again” I mean it is a low key “not crowded hotel”

I enjoyed my stay with my family.

We enjoyed our stay here and will return. Very clean and very nice staff.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was on the edge of downtown but still very much within walking distance. Hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We could check-in early, sleep so soundly, and wake up to a gorgeous mountain view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel is good. However, the in house bar needs additional staff and management oversight.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, and I really enjoyed having both a Starbucks and a bar right inside the hotel. Everything I needed was conveniently on-site, so I didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything. I only stayed one night while I was in Salt Lake City for a concert, but I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Ok. Not a terrible stay, but not a great one. I want to point out that the staff was great! Polite, clean, helpful. Good soaps and shampoos. It was the room its self. Booked a suite, all the outlets were loose, not screwed in properly making charging impossible. (Put in a charging block and the outlet would literaly move) Light switches that didn't work. (Yws we checked different configurations. Ac that wouldn't go below 75 and just would not blow in any setting other than "extra low". Beds on squeaky metal frames and mattresses were thin and you could feel the springs. Every time you turn to get a spring out if your back. It would squeak and wake up the person in the other bed. The bathroom door was a barn door with 1/2 inch gap. No soundproofing, or privacy. Awkward for sharing room with non family members. Door from bedroom to living room/sofa bed got stuck. Like, REALLY stuck. Like had to body check the thing to get it to open, even when not fully closed. Also awkward when sharing a room. Wanted the person in the front room to have privacy. So the hotel was nice but the rooms needs serious upkeep and maintenance. Just not cosmetic maintenance.

The good: the hotel is clean. The inside is gorgeous. My room was spacious and beautiful. The bedroom was separate and I liked the bed. I like that there was a fridge, microwave and wet sink. The bathroom has ample sized toiletries. The bad: I arrived on a Friday afternoon. I checked in on the mobile app/room key. It said I needed to show ID at the counter. The line was insane and only ONE person was checking folks in. There was a huge concert in town so the lobby was packed. Very unprofessional to do this on a weekend. There were 2 workers who would pop in, look at the lobby, help no one, and leave again. It was very frustrating to wait 50 minutes to show ID to get a room. The restaurant was just okay. One waitress. Grumbled when we wanted a drink menu. The food was fine. A little pricey. Overall, great hotel. I will most likely stay again. Best recommendation, if it’s going to be a peak check-in time, try the app. It might be easier.
