The staff was helpful but not very cheerful.
-
Not very clean staff was nowhere to be found when I left and they locker the lobby area so I could only leave via side door
-
Otherwise it was nice place.

Had issues checking in. The front desk guy was rude and short and had a horrible oder. I would assume that they would have to be presentable and b.o. free when dealing with the public. Upon entering the room was musty and extremely hot in the room. The air conditioning was all smashed up but it worked. There were hairs in the shower and on toilet. I had dropped something on the floor and I looked under the bed and the boards were broken and looks like it had never been vacuumed dirt, lint, crayons ect. The foor is very subpar. Quality Inn it is not. Need a full turn over. I will not stay here again.

The hotel elevator smelled like weed. It was non-smoking. They did have good parking for your vehicle. We wouldn't stay here again. That's how uncomfortable the mattress was.
-
The area is an unsafe location. This place is run down and in bad need of a renovation. There are some clear illegal activities happening in the vicinity. The plexiglass at check in should have been a huge indicator. The sheets were scratchy and thin. I would choose another place for the price.
-
They lock the doors even the parking gate to access to the hotel, and had to wait long time to some come to open, no phone answer.
-
Had lots of free parking. The room was clean, was roomy for the price and had three pillows. Coffee was barely drinkable. The orange juice tasted more like Gatorade. The paint was very aged.
-
Very loud at night. Not the best.

There really wasn't anything that any of us liked there. The room was tiny and nothing like the description, we walked into the room and it stunk really bad, the sheets were tore, the lamp was broken, the "mattress" was really old and worn out you could feel all the springs and it was stained, there was dried up idk what on the wall by the toilet, an old bracelet was left in the bathroom on the bathtub from whoever stayed before us. The lady we dealt with was very rude the whole time and any other time that we would go to the front they would be outside smoking.

Bugs and the toilet wouldn’t work and when we talked to a worker he asked if we wanted a plunger instead of fixing it lol but the plunger didn’t help and the toilet still wasn’t fixed and they told us to just use the public bathroom. both rooms we stayed in had bugs and not like a little ant, my boyfriend had to kill cockroaches in our hotel rooms and even after switching rooms there was bugs.

Everything about the property was very clean and nice
-
No one at front desk but it was after 11pm. The bed cover was horrid. Very uncomfortable
-
The female that worked july 22nd was quite rude and is the reason I will not be returning to this hotel.
-
Honestly Nothing, very disappointed. I didn't like anything at all, well besides location. But everything was super dirty, blood stains in the mirror, blood and peed stains in the blankets, and pillows, pubes in the bed, just very disgusting. I had to leave the room within an hour of checking in, I asked for my full refund and the guy at reception still charged me for a full day, very disappointed with everything.

Nothing Everything. The hall ways had a horrible smell , we had to shove our shoulder to get the door to open. The bedding had stains on it .
-
There were broken entry doors and the gate to open the entrance into the parking area was run down.
-
a bit on the spartan side
-
Dirty room. After you pass reception, the room set up. Everything is super old and dirty

Absolutely nothing this property is disgusting from the plexi glass front desk. To the service from the the personal. The rooms were musty, windows didn’t close properly stains on bed and the furniture. The air conditioning unit had dirt and grime..
