    Everything Nothing

Very nice room, comfy bed and all is clean. Missing a kettle to make a cup of tea. Had to wait a bit longer than usual at the reception for check-in.

It was not clean. Carpets and furnitures were old and needed repair. There was a renovation and they made noise at 9 in the morning.

Very quaint and classic Austrian, as advertised Location a little difficult to get to

Very nice breakfast with an exceptional selection of organic foods and regional specialties. Quiet location with a great connection (9 minute bus ride, free ticket from the reception) to the city center and all the historic sites. Spotless and welcoming with comfortable beds. Just wonderful, no suggestions for improvement.

The rooms look like they are from a nursing home. The beds had remote controls for lifting, the bathroom had a lot of panic buttons and support systems for people with mobility impairments. The general impression is that either this unit was once a nursing home, or we received a room intended for people with special needs.

Heating was way to high in the room, even after pushing A/C to the max.

Everything There was nothing to dislike

Food was good at their restaurant. Check-in didn't take long. Location to bus stop very close by. Weekend wait staff was not very friendly, but breakfast staff Monday am was very friendly. Beds weren't very comfortable, but we still managed to get a good night's rest.

There was a noise. Morning some stuff is working They were hitting somewhere with a hammer

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It was one of the best buffets I have seen at a hotel in many years. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to a bus stop (Bus 5 ran directly downtown and to the train station). The room facilities were very good, but I personally did not like how soft the mattress was. The mattress was covered with a thick memory foam pad, which some people may enjoy, but I prefer a firmer mattress.

We've stayed at the hotel before and were very happy with the hotel, location, staff etc. so we were very pleased to stay again and it did not disappoint. Bus stop right outside with access to the city, comfortable bed, and good facilities. There was no kettle available to make a cup of tea. I do not drink coffee and the only option for hot water would have been to use the coffee machine which would make the water taste of coffee. Fortunately, I travel with a hot water element and our own travel cups, otherwise I would have been very disappointed to not be able to make a cup of tea. Also, it would be good to have an English menu available in the restaurant. We had to find someone who spoke English to help describe the menu - it would have been better to have a menu in English available.

Location and size of the room, a little old, but very charming. Very comfortable beds The housekeeping could definitely do with some improvement. The lady would not clean properly esp the bathrooms.

Great Location, close to center and shops, ample parking space, spacious rooms and good breakfast. Room was clean and fully equipped. Perfect for family stays. room was facing a busy road and therefore sometimes can be noisy but with windows closed the noise is minimised.

Lovely room with a funky coffee machine. The hotel is a little bit out of town but easy not to expensive access by uber/ taxi or public transport if you wish
