Location is great. Steps away from the train and bus stations, making traveling so easy. Train station also has a welk stocked grocery store. Super convenient to shop for fruits and snacks. Hotel room is big and clean.

We were pleasantly surprised when we realised that the hotel was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was such a relief for us as we had 4 luggages to lug from the station to the hotel. There was also the bus interchange next to our hotel, which was another added advantage as we could take the bus to the Old Town Square. The hotel and room was clean, modern and comfortable, and there was a Chinese restaurant across the hotel, that served affordable yet amazing Chinese food :) Everything is within our expectations :)

Spacious room with a view to a castle, quite clean, a little echoing because of high ceilings. Parking at the territory for extra cost. Hotel provided free ticket for public transport. Water in a lobby

3 minute walk from the train station. Lots of transit option nearby and short walk to the attractions. Very clean and good value for the money. Nice to have air conditioning.

The location was excellent—very convenient, close to the city center, and easy to get around. Everything was clean and well maintained. If I come back to Salzburg, this will definitely be one of the places I’ll stay again.

The hotel is right outside the train station, so it's highly convenient if you are travelling by train. The bus station is right next door, so you can travel to the city as needed. It is also close to a variety of restaurants. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Excellent location! Bus station, train station, supermarket and a large mall right in front of the hotel. Location is very central and effortless to reach all sights. Excellent breakfast with cold and hot options including cereals, eggs, cold cuts, fruits, hot breakfast and an assortment of bread and sweets. Breakfast buffet is served on the panoramic 15th floor. Staff is professional and helpful. They offered a free transportation pass for the length of our stay! Room was large with ample space for our 3 suitcases. Bathroom was large with a large standing shower with excellent water pressure. We had a room in the 13th floor with an amazing views of Salzburg fortress and mountains. AC was great: powerful and room temperature was nice and cool for us!

Very convenient location across the street from the main train station. With all buses and trams taking you anywhere in the city. The rooms are larger than normal , Ac works well, a little noisy; the water pressure in the shower is great. A nice bonus is the view from the breakfast buffet on the 15th floor. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We got local bus and tram passes included with the room . The furnishings could use an update.

We stayed in a family room with a beautiful view of the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent location directly across from Salzburg Main Train Station, making arrival and departure very convenient. Easy walking distance to Mirabell Gardens, Mozart attractions, and Salzburg Old Town. Clean and comfortable room with very good beds. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Good air-conditioning system, which was especially appreciated during warm weather. A convenient base for exploring Salzburg without needing a car. Nothing that significantly impacted our stay. The hotel met our expectations, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.

The rooms were big and comfortable with fabulous views. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the Salzburg Railway station. The bus station too is just outside the hotel. Everything was good. Nothing that we disliked.
