Near to railway station, quite a few restaurants nearby No 24/7 reception, little complicated when check in late evenings. Not very visible from outside

The hotel's location was excellent and made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the overall experience pleasant and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. The breakfast area was quite small, and during peak hours it became crowded. We often had to wait for a table before we could sit down and enjoy breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient and took away from the overall experience.

Everything was fine. We were happy. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious with basic facilities. There was no elevator, the breakfast was very basic and the neighborhood is not the best one. The price was very bad value for money.

The furnishings were very run down,the room was cramped and the curtains were dirty. There was no lift when arriving. It felt seedy. It was not value for money. One of my more expensive nights in Austria and by far the worst.

Everything is ok for me

Especially liked that it was within a short walk to the Central Rail Station, and to many of the Activities and Opportunities that Salzburg has to offer. An elevator to access the accommodation.

Mainly location, breakfast was good. Smaller room, basic toiletries. Extra charge for parking.

Staff is great, location is perfect, rooms are roomy enough and brakefast is actually very complete. Absolutely recommend The floor wasn't that clean. But I guess that's the only thing. This is a very good value hotel and great price and location. Do consider in your trip!

Location only Not very friendly welcoming, room not wide enough for four people, not worth the amount paid for it

They made up the room once a day. We booked a "family room". It was anything but. They had crammed 4 beds into a double room leaving practically no space to walk or deposit luggage. The room was in poor shape and had not seen any maintenance work in 15 years. All appliances in the bathroom had at least one defect. The windows were not air tight. The room had largd acvumulations of dirt under the beds. ⁷Breakfast was poor, coffee undrinkable. The staff did not speak German, was not polite and was dressed inappropriately, taking on the appearance of bums. In consistency with that observation, the surroundings are dodgy too. The parking lot was very tiny for a family car, and expensive (20Eur/day). And the room pricing was absurdly high (300 Eur/night).⁷

location to train but not the neighborhood Horrible place to stay. Rooms are on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Staff was not friendly, area is not great. We had to wait 5 minutes to be let into building. Room was not as expected it had 3 beds. The one we sleep in sunk in the middle. We ended up not eating breakfast it was not good. I would not give this place a 3 star or recommend it.

Super clean room and in an OK location. Away from the main part of town (old quarter) but very close to the train station.

Not clean, very dirty. Broken fan squeeking. Broken toilet seat. Broken shower nozzle. Loud people in the back alley all night.

Quite noisy due to road traffic.

We locked nothing about the property. It was nothing like the pictures showed. This was a horrible place scary dirty nothing worked when ask what we could do about getting our money back. They said nothing. We liked nothing about this property. If you are even considering it consider something else this is nasty not maintained our bathtub leak nothing was nice. I can’t believe I spent €800.

It is near the historical center. There are good convenient shops around.

Good facilities, very spacious room, we had a comfortable stay.
