Lasserhof Salzburg

Breakfast was VERY good! The room had excellent air conditioning and was good sized! The location of the hotel was just perfect for what we needed. The parking garage across the street was convenient and safe.

Need another pillow and another coffee

The communication about the parking. When I tried to reserve it they told me that I don't even have to because they have plenty of space and there's no need. When I got there they told me the parking garage is full so if there's space I can park in the near street or pay a lot more for a different parking garage which I have to find my own. Also in the room there isn't even a small fridge which is a headache during summer time.

They transferred us to theater hotel No laundry

The bathroom is so narrow. I couldnt feel comfortable in the bathroom. There is no bin. It has a bit clodtrofobic atmosphere.

10 min walk to train station BR smells of mildew. Pillow so flat I had to use blanket for more height. Aircon not cooling room enough

Easy walk with suitcases from train station. Very helpful staff. Location in a quiet neighborhood.

AC was weak but functioned to an extent.

Very close to the train station, the palace and a lot of good restaurants. Check in was slow, we were there during a heatwave and our room was cool enough but there was no where to get a bottle of water for blocks.

Air conditioning was not effective. Staff at front desk were not helpful.

The proximity to the train station and the center of town. The breakfast was good for the adults and children in our group. The television or the air conditioner did not work in our room.

Hotel is within walking distance of the train station and there is a bus stop in front. Very clean and safe. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location, close to the train station and attractions. Plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was decent. They provide local travel pass for 2 nights and above stay which was helpful. The place is bit old and not very friendly staff. We had an early train (7 am) and we had to leave the hotel by 6:30am, but the staff were not cooperative in giving even partial breakfast. They did not support our request at all.

It was a short walk to old town. Maybe 10 minutes. Horrible hotel. Very expensive. No tv..wires hanging out of the wall so it wouldn't turn on. No refrigerator so we couldn't bring back cold drinks. The pillows were so thin like air so we had to ask for more. They legit gave us a quarter roll of toilet paper so we had to also request more. They put us on a room directly next to a bus stop so that wasnt cool. And there was a strong sewer gas scent coming from the bathroom that was very off-putting. Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you have a bit if extra money.

The room was very big with a twin bed and a king size bed. It fit our needs perfect. It was within walking distance to the things we wanted to see. The gentleman who covered the desk in the evening was very friendly and helpful. The shower was difficult to keep the water of off the floor and the bathroom outlet did not work.

Great location near the Bahnhof. Lovely room and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
