The entire property was clean and welcoming. The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. Front staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning staff were attentive and very kind. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The hotel is in a pedestrianised area off the main square, but the barrier access code was available to allow getting close to unload luggage. Staff were helpful in advising where to park my motor cycle, and provided a map of Salzburg. The inclusive breakfast was good, with a choice of eggs cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was fantastic! Location was incredible, the staff was amazing!!! A wonderful breakfast was served every morning along with ability to get snacks, coffee throughout the day. Our room was good size, quiet at night, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was good size for two adults. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Salzberg. The parking is a little challenging if you are renting a car. You park about ten minutes from the property. However, the staff will guide you through the parking and where to park, etc.

Great location, wonderful staff, and amazing breakfast. We had a double room and our bed was super comfortable and cozy. Another plus was they let us check in about 2 hours early. I would have liked a small refrigerator in our room to store some of the cheese and wine we bought at the market.

The staff were friendly and professional and did a great job responding to our needs. The breakfast was excellent, and so was the location, right off one of the main plazas. The room we ultimately got was large and comfortable and had decorated wooden beams probably from the Middle Ages. The room we had booked turned out to be probably the cheapest one they had. It was on the 6th floor, but the elevator went up to only the 5th floor, which could be a problem for some people. It was small and cramped and had low ceilings and small windows. But it turned out that we discovered the shower drain was clogged when my wife took a shower and water flooded about half the room. When we reported it to the staff, they immediately dried up the water and gave us a much larger, more comfortable room, which was clearly an upgrade. We were very happy with this room. The one piece of advice we'd give others would be not to book a room on th top floor. Don't go for the cheapest room!
