The only area where I felt there was some room for improvement was the breakfast experience. The breakfast room is shared by guests from two hotels, which made it feel quite crowded and, at times, more like a busy cafeteria than a relaxed hotel breakfast. The buffet was replenished a little slowly, and some tables were left with used trays and dishes for longer than expected, which gave the impression that the staff were struggling to keep up with the number of guests. The food and drinks themselves were perfectly fine, so for me it was really more a matter of organisation and atmosphere rather than the quality of the breakfast. With a little better organisation, I think the breakfast experience could easily match the otherwise very pleasant stay.

No airco

I really liked that the room was spacious enough to fit two baby cribs. Also, the housekeeping staff was very polite and provided us with everything we requested. The room was very hot because we stayed during the summer and it faces west. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to wait until sunset around 8 PM just to open the balcony doors to get some air.

The location was good, 6 stops away from city center. Room was neat and clean though average in size for a family of four. Decent breakfast. There was no air conditioning or vantilation system and the temperature inside the room was unbearable during the day. Initially when I asked for a fan over the phone, the staff denied saying fans are not available, but when I personally visited the reception, the nice guy gave me a fan right away from a room full of fans. I think the staff on the phone needs more training. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family.

The hotel is located by the river and you can walk to the old town along the river in a nice 30-40 minute walk. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette with the necessary utensils. The hotel does not have air conditioning and in these extremely hot conditions it was a challenge. It is good that they gave a fan. It is quite far to public transport (bus), there are no cafes nearby. Breakfast was standard and did not change during the four days I was there.

The location is good, parking space convenient. - They do not have Airconditioning in the rooms! This is uncacceptable with the current temperatures. - We booked for 3 nights and they never cleaned up our room. - The fridge was not working. - Probably all of the above are due to the ECO obsession. However…they are charging too much compared to what you get.

Very clean and Well-furnished. Breakfast was nice. Spacious room. I'm Australian so I'm used to a bit of heat... It being an Eco Hotel is great and I agree with the concept, therefore no air-conditioning is fine - but in the middle of summer, there are no fans so it's hard to get the rooms under about 26C inside overnight for sleeping!

The room was very clear and had all the facilities The Breakfast menu was the same every day with limited options.

Not much, the breakfast was OK. The hotel was very expensive for a tiny room for 4 of us. We ended up paying over £600 for 2 nights. There was no tea or coffee in the room, there was no A/C and we had to ask for fans. There was a pull out a bed for the kids, a family room at that price should at least have 2 single beds

Breakfast Included which was very good. Well apointed room. Very clean. Free parking which was spacious. No AC. Very hard in a heat wave in temperatures in the high 30s. People on the path behing the hotel playing music (unavoidable).

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, but that is about all there is to say. Since there is no air conditioning, it is almost impossible to sleep due to the heat. With the window open, there was a lot of noise in the evening from passers-by and youth from the hostel. And at 7 o'clock in the morning, there was a lot of noise from the construction work right in front of the hotel, where they are busy building a new building. At temperatures of 30 degrees and above, it would be nice to find a bottle of water or something similar in the room. Or at least have the option to buy something somewhere. At the reception, it felt like her first day on the job and we received very little information. This hotel used to be something like a retirement home, and that was the feeling you got. No holiday feeling at all. No service whatsoever in this hotel, yet you pay double the price of other hotels. In terms of price-quality ratio, this is a super expensive hotel. If you have other options, definitely choose something else.
