Great location in the old city. Rooms are clean and modern. Super friendly staff and tea and coffee available to help yourself to at any time. Lovely old building and traditional bar. If your room is at the front and you are not a night owl it is quite noisy from the bar and street down below.

Very clean, very close to everything! It also states relatively cool if we left the window open and fan on, despite the extreme heat in the city. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, and it was a bit odd because to keep the room cool we had to keep the window open at all times, but people walking through the courtyard to the two rooms on the other side could see us through the window.

We loved the location as we were only is Salzburg for one night. We loved the little bar attached to the hotel where we received a warm welcome. No tea and coffee in the room although there was free tea and coffee downstairs at all times. The shower fitting needed some attention. The room was very basic and a little disappointing for such a beatiful city and historic building.

A lovely and quiet location with nice shops and restaurants and is just a short stroll from the old town. Our room was clean and spacious, complete with a wonderful shower and a generous closet area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only area that could benefit from enhancement is the small elevator; however, this is common in Europe and everything else made it an enjoyable stay.

The property is on the main Linzer Strasse and a five minute walk to the river and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bedroom was clean. Simple and I liked the touches of pictures on the walls. . My single room was at the front of the property. The hotel has a bar next door. Unfortunately it was incredibly noisy Saturday evening . There was no air conditioning so I had to keep a window open resulting in a terrible nights sleep I would stay again but I wouldn’t sleep at the front of the hotel in summer.
