Very much understaffed later in the evening. Only one person doing everything from making food, running the bar, checking people in. My wait to be checked in was more than 30 minutes. Only one person working all the jobs.

This was a work travel. I explicitly asked for an invoice with my workplace details, both in presence (twice) and by messages and emails (5 times). My request was completely ignored. This is bad service, as this can affect workers' possibilities to have reimbursement for work travels. This is not how you deal with customers.

At the site there is written that they have parking but there is no any sign about the price (18 euro for each day), if I knew about it I wouldn’t book this hotel.

Hotel with good infrastructure, beautiful view of the castle and easy access to the city center. The hotel has parking, which made our sightseeing much easier, as it's not easy to park near the city center.

Perfect location - A quick walk to old town from the hotel. Had a lovely patio area. Lots of parking available. We were there when the temperatures were over 30 degrees so it was very warm in the bar, lounge and breakfast area. Were not able to spend much time there because it was uncomfortably hot. I assume they don’t have air conditioning in those areas.

There were no fridge in the room. Out towels and other things were not refreshed until we say so. It was a hotel principle but we were not informed during the check in.

Easy walking distance to the old city. Comfortable beds. Staff did not alert us to the fact that you needed to request your room to be made up the evening before. Good to let us know that at check in. Room small so hard for 2 people to get around with luggage in the way.

Nice room. Yummy and varied breakfast but was pretty expensive. Very comfortable beds Staff didn’t seem to be familiar with their own area, unable to provide good directions. Communication was not great, we got a message that they had some surprises for us since it was our 40th anniversary, but check in was very long because there weren’t notes specifying what the surprises were.

Very quiet and cosy atmosphere. Our room was small but clean. Fabulous breakfast A small fridge in the room would have been nice to have.

It is close to public transit. The room is quiet. Apparently, there is good sound proofing between rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with adequate choice of dishes. The lack of an exercise facility.
