There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go down to the reception for any request; additionally, one of the rooms lacked a refrigerator. We asked for an iron right after checking in, but were told it was with another guest—a ready-made excuse that persisted until we left.

Comfortable and clean, 10 minute walk to all amenities When asked for milk for bedroom I was told they couldn’t give it to me, breakfast was dear when we asked for a continental option he said yes and literally pointed to what food we could have and then kept his eye on us, I feel continental breakfast should be an option in all hotels as a bowl of cereal and OJ doesn’t warrant the full price of someone having the full breakfast

The behaviour of receptionist is very poor regarding extending check out time, they should respect all guests not specific ones. Another thing is that the room service employee (girl one) didn’t respect the privacy of the room and she open the door immediately while me and my family was there inside.

The staff were exceptional - that was the 'stand out' for me. Breakfast was good. The location was convenient for the station and also the city centre. Grateful to have air conditioning this week!
