Excellent condition of the property and the location. Right next to Mirabel Palace and the Sound of Music Tour. Loved it!
-
Clean and locations The staff are not that friendly and are not experience as they did use my credit card without my approval and still having issues for issuing my invoice and they charged me twice for city tax while booking already charged me with the whole amount. Mistakes with credit cards are not easy to pass

Convenience. Proximity to city center None

Excellent location. We were upgraded to a lovely room, that was exceptionally large compared to European standards. Breakfast was very nice. Especially commendable omelette station had a very talented young man where we tasted one of the best omelettes. Spa facilities were not up to standard

Nothing

We booked a combination of room, dinner, concert, and breakfast. The room was okay. Concert was awesome. Breakfast was good. I didn’t like a single thing about the dinner except the appetizer, and so I would never eat dinner there again or recommend it to anyone. It’s kind of a bizarre story of how they seated us, moved us and another person instead of just setting additional places for other people, literally poured out wine including to our 15 year-old (without asking parents) and then took our wine away, then served us dried up chicken. But this was not worse than moving the single lady who was traveling alone and part of the concert group far away from everyone else, breaking all our hearts to have to watch and making her feel more alone than if she had never come. If I managed this hotel, I would’ve fired that waiter in two seconds because he’s a jerk to the core.

Everything Nothing to say. Highly recommended

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our many questions. Traditional quaint rooms. Food and dining were excellent.
-
No swimming pool and sauna. Some waiters at the main restaurant are not up to 5* standard, while the restaurant itself is overpriced for what it is.
-
Beautiful room and great service. The Italian restaurant downstairs is strongly recommended not only for the food but always for the nice staff Cecilia.
-
Wonderful hotel with long history.
-
Excellent, knowledgeable & friendly staff and a special mention goes for Erdi, who was going out of his way to help if anything needed.
-
Great location, very nice lounge area. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Its restaurant and bar. The menu was expensive for sub par quality food with very small quantities.
-
Luxury, warm, cosy place with delicious food Lobby is beautifully decorated with pianist playing in the late afternoon Location is perfect as well Staff are very helpful especially Salvador It is expensive but a real 5 stars hotel
-
Excellent location, very comfortable The breakfast buffet is overpriced, and the service is not that great. Not so many options and long waiting times for an eggs or waffles

The rooms were very big and had ample space for movement. Housekeeping was excellent and were very quick with their service. For the rate and it being a five star property, the cost was definitely not worth it. The hotel is quite run down and needs a proper renovation. The bathrooms were also outdated. The breakfast was decent as the buffet was not that vast. It had everything you basically would need but things like fresh juice (juice was canned) , fresh fruit variety were not available. The coffee was also very average. The location was good for certain activities but it was quite a distance from the city center.

We were surprisingly pleased with the accommodations. We stayed on the club level and the rooms were nicer than advertised on the app, and very spacious. It’s a nice property with a lovely garden terrace and fun piano bar… And OMG thank you Markus for the great service and amazing cocktails, such attention to detail.

Very convenient location. Very close by Mirabell garden. Nice morning walk and evening walk to avoid the crowd. Also close by Panorama Tour bus terminal. Able to join a tour to Halstatt and had a great time!

The hotel lobby and amentities around were good. The staff were accomodative about food we requested be stored in the freezer which was really nice. The room was way too pricey for what it offered. There was not enough room to move around with the extra bed for 3 people. High room rate didnt include breakfast. Room service wasnt good. We asked for bottled waters multiple times and it never made it to us.
