Great location, only a few min from the Mirabell Palace and less than 7 min from Salzburg Hbf (train station), and enjoyable walking distance to the Old Salzburg across the river. We absolutely loved the quirkiness of the place. Very tidy place too. No tea and coffee facility in the room. Neither there was any minibar / fridge. It has only the tiniest tv. Also, only one thinnest pillow per person - they need to spend a bit of money and consider the sleeping comfort of their guests - you can easily give yourself wry neck with such pillows (speaking as a health professional). I hope they take these as constructive feedback. Having said that we didn’t mind it since the weather was mostly in our side and we barely stayed in. Also Andreas was an amazing front desk manager who made sure to look after us with all our needs. So all in all no big issues.

We were late arriving and the male staff member stayed beyond his shift finish time to ensure we got checked in he was extremely helpful and very kind. He also ensured that we had free parking until a space became available at the hotel I did require some help next morning and found the woman assistant rude and unhelpful which did take from the overall great experience we had. Location was great very close to old town and the male staff was so helpful in finding us parking until a spot became available at the hotel

Great hotel in a great location between the main train station and the old town - both walkable. Quite quirkily decorated which gives the hotel an individual, personal vibe Large room, comfy bed, good shower. Super clean. A delicious light breakfast is included - hot drinks (tea, coffee), orange juice, rolls and croissants. Vending machine just outside the breakfast room stocked with basic snacks, cold drinks, beer and wine We stayed during the heatwave and the A/C was not very effective. A small fridge in the room would be a good addition

nicely furnished rooms, friendly ambiance, easy to reach location, easy parking on site, good breakfast ( good coffee machine), public transportation quite close ,close to the river , to the park, to the Mozartheum and to the walking paths . there was no fridge in the room. and we missed that, especially in this hot summer, not just for drinks ( we could get ice cubes downstairs) but also to keep medicine cool. Staff did keep some of our stuff in their fridge but it would have been more convenient to have a fridge in the room.

Friendly staff Room was small and felt like a small prison. No fridge, no coffee or tea making facilities, only one pillow each, no overhead room light, had to rely on lamps with harsh filament globes and no shades, getting in and particularly out of the bathtub/shower woukd have been impossible if not dangerous for someone slightly incapacitated, breakfast provided was terrible!

The lake, Wow! Nothing

Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff (Andy was awesome). Beer vending machine was great. Ac worked well.

Very clean, spacious, had air conditioning, comfortable bedding, friendly staff who let me check in 40 minutes early, vending machine, close to downtown, beautiful hotel. Would stay again.

The location is great, close to the Mirabell Gardens and Palace, easy access with bus. The bedroom was spacious. We didn’t pay attention when we booked, but our bedroom didn’t have a kettle and a fridge and it was really hot so we didn’t have cold water. The pillow was not comfortable.

A lovely small hotel that is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Although a full breakfast is not available, guests can enjoy coffee, fresh bread, croissants, and jam each morning. Kettles are available on request. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the main attractions while away from A coffee machine in the room would be appreciated. Adding cheese and ham to the morning buffet would make the breakfast offering more complete.

Our room was very spacious with a large sitting area. Shower has good water pressure. Bathroom was also spacious. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Could use more lighting in the room.

An excellent hotel! The lobby, room, and hotel decorations are fun and quirky. They had a quality breakfast as well. The best part is the service which I cannot brag on enough. Big shoutout to Isabella, she is incredibly helpful. N/A
