A bit noisy from cars outside. Shared toilet (but that was made clear during booking so don't know if I can complain about that). There is no air conditioning, so if it had been a hot day it could have been uncomfortable.

It is close to stations. The room was basic with nearly everything you need. There wasn’t that much noise coming from the railway thanks to our luck. The system of the hotel was great with self check-in The closeness of the railway

Great locations and pretty rooms. Helpful staff We didn’t like the shared bathrooms and some were dirty.

So cute!!! Loved the vibe!

The room was very cute and I like the eco message. The room was like an oven baking us and all our things. Even with a fan it was unbearable and we were drenched in sweat. The towels were not large enough to over your body to leave the shower which was all in one tiny room with the toilet and water got everywhere. Really unpleasant. There was no communal area, the garden outdoor seating was only for the restaurant and there was no fridge to keep anything cold.

There was a major cleanliness issue. We had a room with a private shower. There was a clump of hair stuck to the wall and used razor and brush in the shower caddy, there’s no way anyone cleaned this shower between guests. There’s no reception - and no check in, so there was no one to alert of the issue. I would not have stayed if the prior reviews were reflecting the state of cleanliness or the absentee management. There’s no toilet in the room - even in the room with private bathroom, only shower. I’ve staying in hostels before - this was by far the dirtiest, and the price doesn’t reflect the state of it. There’s nothing eco about this place either - the giant shower head is a huge waste of water. The rooms have no AC and it was HOT on the last floor. If you open windows the train noise is unbearable

Good location 10 minute walk from Hauptbahnhof. Interesting rooms and nice design. Hostel feeling while having private room, price is good for the location. Checking in is easy with the code, no need for a key… just make sure you know the code or bring your phone with you when you go to the bathroom. Rooms were extremely warm and the area is loud if you open a window… that’s not really any fault about the place, but if you’re looking for something more comfortable, this is probably not your place.

Very good hotel for the price in salzburg. No complaints very nice facilities. Well connected to the city 15 min walk from city center. They could use some new pillows. Otherwise no complaints.

Free fruit! Fans in the rooms were a great addition, since a lot of places in Europe have no cooling Use of recycled materials Eco-friendly Friendly staff Cheap laundry The biggest problem was that the accommodation did not inform me that I was supposed to get a Guest Mobility Ticket with free public transport! I almost wasted a large amount of money because I did not know this! The ticket was not provided until I asked for it after stumbling across information about it by chance! The other big issue was that luggage storage was only available until 2:30pm (and apparently you are not even supposed to enter the hostel afger that time). I was not told this in advance, this should be made clear on booking.com as it really affects plans. I am used to luggage storage and access to common rooms until evening on check-out day almost everywhere I stay. I thought about staying in Salzburg until evening but this contributed to changing my plans. This was a really big drawback compared to most places I have stayed. I was at the accommodation 2 weeks and in that time nobody offered to do a room clean, i could have asked though It would also be helpful if the laundry took card or at least more combinations of coins, I had to go out and exchange cash and get the correct change on a very rainy day when I wanted to stay indoors

perfect stay

Convenient location!!! Between train station and old town. Be warned no air conditioning for hot days

The concept is awesome. Reused materials and very sustainable. The downstairs vegan restaurant serves incredible food as well. Bathrooms and showers were kept very clean. I sleep hot at night and already in late-May it's hot outside. There is no fan in the room and even though I left the window open, I was still hot as I slept. Bugs got in and the train that passes out front woke me up. I think this could be solved by the addition of a simple standing fan in the rooms.

It was a clean environment. Conveniently has a restaurant in the building. Very nice staff. The washer wouldn’t open, the walls are very thin.
