The location was great and the furniture in the rooms were nice I asked for 2 single beds x2 times prior to arriving, got there we had a double bed, I asked reception and got told is it that big of a deal for one night?

The a.c. - it was very hot in Salzburg. View from windows. Good bathroom. Fridge. Comfy bed. Motion sensor lights. Quiet at night. Helpful receptionist. Attractive, clean room. We would have preferred the option of twin beds. The towels could be bigger! The cleaner needs to clean or replace the tea cups and replenish milk, tea etc. The a.c. would go off after a few hours: I kept getting up at 2 am to turn it back on, however, it was exceptionally hot. Note: this hotel has no catering facilities, only a vending machine. Close to shops and bakeries though.

Good hotel in a walking distance to Augustiner Brau. The parking is not local, there is a parking garage 3 blocks away, which was fine for me. Room is fine. Maybe a bit better ventilation and better light isolation, but it was OK.

Personel ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı. Otel temizdi. 24 saat resepsiyon açık olmalı. Ancak akşam 10'da herkes gidiyor. İlgilenen kişi sabah 10'a kadar yok. Bavullarımızı bile emanete veremedik. Ayrıca otelde kahvaltı olmaması da çok büyük eksikti.
