Delicious breakfast, worth the money! Our room had a great view and super comfortable bed. Great location. Had a great time in Salzburg! Nothing!

The staff was helpful. The general ambience was great and the bar has delicious mixed drinks. Room was a bit small. The location was OK, depending on where you wanted to go.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious and well-situated. The walk to the old town took about 15 minutes. The air conditioning was wonderful for warm days! Although we were aware there wouldn’t be a kettle in the room, it would’ve been nice to have some complimentary tea or coffee in the lobby.

Location is the best part - it was easy to walk along the river bank to town. Worst part was no room AC, I was hot, sticky and couldn’t sleep. It’s one temp for the entire hotel. I was miserable. The rooms also have no coffee maker, I typically get up at 4 am, drink my coffee and hop on the phone or computer. Breakfast was good but kinda expensive.

Hi, on first night we found a bug in our bed. No further bugs seen after that first night thankfully.

Great location near river and metro station. Friendly staff. Clean room Size of room slightly small, barely fitting two people's backpacks and duffel bags.

Beautiful hotel with large updated and clean rooms. Felt very safe for a solo female traveler I came in the winter and it’s about a 10-15 min walk along the river to the old town. This is no fault of the hotel/staff just be aware it’s a longer walk and there’s not a ton of food options walking distance for the winter.

Lovely staff, very clean and comfy room, easy check in and check out, incredible view from balcony river view. Very close to the main train station and not far from bus stops or a short walk into town.

Nice and quality breakfast. Clean rooms. Good location (2 km to the city center on foot.) Seemingly being short on certain staff: Although the staff is very kind and helpful, only two person ran the whole front-desk and bar/reception area. We had to wait approx. 30 minutes for a drink - and other tables had similar issues.

Location - right on the water, providing a relaxing and breathtaking view of the city at night; the train station was close but a little bit of a walk; the shopping, dining and main touristy areas are a decent walk but can be done at a leisurely pace enjoying the beautiful scenery all around. There is a place right across the street that will wash, dry, and fold clothes for a very reasonable price. Nothing

The location is excellent. Walking distance to altstadt - beautiful scenery. Directly on the Salzach river.

Good location about 20 minutes walk from the old town. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a very good breakfast and drinks were available all day in the bar. There is no kettle in the room.
